INTRODUCTION
Project management has been used to get manage the overall project and to produce the
effective and efficient outcomes in timely manner. It is a practice that includes different activities
as like initiating, controlling, monitoring, planning, executing and ending of a project through
which the better outcomes will be achieved within the systematic manner (Heldman, 2018). The
planning of a project is more vigorous and important as for the business to as it helps to get the
systematic result that is more adverse for the completion of the project. It has been used to get
the achievable outcomes by making the effective utilisation of the resources. There are some
different tools that are used to get plan the project and to achieve the better ending these tools are
as Gantt chart, work breakdown structure, PERT Chart, logic networks and many others well.
There are some different benefits of the project management as like it is used to get the
improvise the chances of the result or the probability of getting success, develops the better
prospects, helps to set the prioritise in the business to develop the better strategy for attain the
objectives, measure the standard scope, budget, schedule to imparts more accuracy within the
plan. This report is based on the Captify that is the company that drives the data and it is the
medium sized company that is the specialist in media decision and search intelligence. It was
founded in the year 2011 by Adam Ludwin and Dominic Joseph. This report includes the activity
network diagram that is used to make the optimised outcomes, critical path, ESD, LFD dates,
slack times calculation, Gantt chart that is used to project the timeline. In addition to this there
are some different influence of the customer on the design and development of the products.

The activity network diagram is a diagram that shows the interrelation between the
different activities that are performed all together to gain the better and optimised path that is
followed by the business to gin higher advantage (Kerzner, 2018). It has been reflects as the

get interlink between the different activities will be showed to measure the better prospect within

choose the path that is more certain and used to take the beneficiary result. As from this activity
