(100 words) In the first session of placement, I firstly enrolled myself into the specific session by updating my CV according to the needs of company. From this, I tends to learned that several things that for my CV which should be precise and structured in an effective manner. I also participated effectively and with passion in this session as I was quite excited and dedicated for the particular session. In the next week, I attended the next session of placement lauch that I worked on my group considering the working skills. I also tends to develop the team working and the behaviour to work towards the team. I also tends to enjoy explicitly and work in the mixed group with diversified cultures and languages. (100 words) Here, I realised that all the other in this session tends to be interactive and alsobale to commuciate in an effective manner with them. I also need to communicate with the instructor for this session that was not much good in the teaching skills. For this, the instructor does not tends to provide the complete information regarding the job role. I also tends to assess this thing with the help of session and complete brochure. This session was effective and I learnt team working skills in an effective manner by working witht the teammates. I also tends to face certain issues of language as the language was huge in terms of communication barrier which I faced. For this, the event tends to impact over the functional skills which will helpful for me in terms of finding and keeping the job in an effective manner. In regard of this, I have changed my overall thinking about the placements as in early context I used to feel nervous and also get panic but now I am more confident regarding my placement. I have also learnt about the critical thinking, problem solving and team working skills in this particular session. I also learnt the way regarding the interaction with the mixed group. It leads to impact my own employability factor to the work within the tam during the overall employmet. The experience of placement launch is useful for me in terms of enhancing my CV and also develop my own communication skills which is useful for the personal development. I also effectively practice for my own interview by which I will enhance my driving skills and also get study regarding the company and its concerning operations. This will tends to enhance my team working skills and capabilities that is helpful for my personal growth and development. I also expect that the employer will also appreciate and foster my team working skills. I also want to support my team for their learning activities. I also want to learn regarding my placement sites and efficiency for the placed and assigned job role. (100 words) Currently, I am enjoying the overall working culture of my organistion and I also met the CEO of my respective company. I as a supervisor, love to work within the organisation. As I worked effectively with my senior and also assisted in a very well manner to help them. I also loved the overall flexibility, safety of the employees within the working environment. (100 words) During the particular week, I was able to understand the overall functioning as the supervisor and also able to work in an effective manner. I was still not able to understand things in proper manner like the provide effective services and training in the scheduled time to ther other individuals. I felt that the workload was quite good and yes there is proper flexibility and transparency within the environment to meet the supervisors regarding their queries, clarify few things about work and support. I need to enhance my organising, planning and effective time management skills. I am first time planning my things and overall workload in the direct manner by communicating with my manager or head. This experience is considered as the most learing experience that has helped me to grow as the effective and responsible person regarding my employability skills for my personal development. I also need to review my 3 weeks work and then design the action plan for the further week to imprve my weaknesses.
