After uploading my CV on the CV360 website, I have received many feedback from people
on my CV. Out of all, the five key pieces of advice that I have received and which is best for me
is as follows:
1. First advise I have received on the website is that they have tell me to Align Left the
header part of the CV. They have advised me to create header at the top of the page with
align left format which further include my name, phone number and address.
2. Then, I have also advised by someone that I need to write professional summary rather
than normal which sum up of my best qualifications and ideal career path.
3. Further, it was also advised to me that I need to include additional sections such as my
hobbies, achievement etc. in my CV (Civitillo and et.al., 2019).
4. Someone also advised me to include my personal interest in the CV in order to attract the
employers more
5. Lastly, the key advise I have received is list relevant skills only in the CV.
TASK 2
Reflection
The most interest part of the today’s session for me is how to create own CV. I have also
found interesting in uploading my CV on website and analysing the feedback given by different
people on website.
In today’s session, I have learnt best CV following all tips and tricks in order to impress
employer. I have also learnt about the CV360 website where I can upload my CV which is
created by me. I have also learnt how to identify feedback advise and use the same in order to

update and modify my CV. This basically help the employer to understand the personal abilities
and capabilities of an individual.
I am not sure about my way or language to use while creating a best CV. It is because
when my tutor teaches my class about the language to use in the CV, I have not attended the
class due to some personal reason. My specific goal is to became marketing expert of a reputable
and multinational organization in future. Basically, this skill has helped me a lot in first my
internship and them enhancing my career in marketing field.
I might have learnt more about the creation of personal profile and use language for my
CV if I will attend that class on that day (Lejeune, Beausaert and Raemdonck, 2021). I want to
became a marketing expert or professional. I want to develop time management, communication
as well as technical skills. The reward to myself and watching online videos is the alternative
way to achieve these skills.
Now, in order to solve this issue, I will take help from my classmate. I will ask my tutor to
further help me with the language which is use in order to write a perfect and professional CV. I
will also watch some videos of technical concepts and computers knowledge to develop
technical skills in myself. will schedule my work and reward myself for each timely completion
of task.
Personal Development Plan
Step 1:
A.
I am seeking development at this time because I need to decide my career path and also decide
the company I want to join after completion of my graduation.
B.
I am seeking to develop time management, effective communication and technical skills in
myself at this point of time.

I need to develop this skill in order to start my internship as a marketing associate in an
information technology organization.
Step 2:
D.
In order to develop the time management, communication and technical skills, I will follow the
following steps:
 I will join a personality development class.
 I will take part in debates and speech to enhance my communication skills.

I want to develop these skills because I will adopt the above-mentioned steps to develop these
skills (Bintani, 2020). I will develop these skills within 6 months’ time period.

My development options are as follows:
 Personality Development course.
 Scheduling tasks and activities.
 Watching technical concepts videos.
Step 3:

The steps I will take to develop these skills are as follows:
 I will watch videos, exercise daily, practice communicating in mirror.
 I will also take part in debate & speech.
 I will join personality development classes.
The irregular classes and missing classes of personality development is might go wrong in my
case.
In case if my original plan fails, then I will start rewarding myself for not missing any classes
and completing on time. This reward will encourage me.

The development activities completed through semester is:
 Daily exercise.
 Watching videos.
 Effective communication skills through debate and speech participation.
Step 5:
I will use these new skills in my employment in order to communicate with upper and lower-
level staffs, complete my work on time and motivate other as well. I will also use this to enhance
my marketing content (Shaheen and Hameed, 2020).
Step 6:
This skill has helped me to get my first promotion as an marketing manager of a reputable
organization (Bukharina, 2018).
