INTRODUCTION
Professional practice determine the factor by which this analyses the particular profession in
respect to work accordingly. Professionalism has a lot of importance in regard to train and
educate individual and in this sector. This determines the effectiveness of the professional
teachers/ trainer. The professionalism is highly critical because it has the practices of
professionalism on a personal factor. This will also analyse the factor of the social, political,
economical which is external factor of the professionalism in an individual. The report includes
the information about the external factor and the stakeholders in the OXFORD university and
their education environment. Report also includes the quality and learning factor by the
professionalism and to meet the targets. As teacher in a professional this is also important to self
assessment in order to analyse the weakness a strength and enhance them by applying such
strategy which is needed to improve the professionalism as teacher/trainer.

TASK-1
1.1 concept of professionalism and dual professionalism
The professionalism concept is essential in the education field and the skills which is needed to
enhance the capability as a professional is also essential. Professionalism has the factor that they
influence other with the code of practice and essential things. Professionalism has various
elements which is integrity, responsibilities, and decision-making power. Professionalism is a
form of ideology by which the individual can enhance their capabilities. Autonomy, the concept
which identify the factor that enhances the trainers ability and understanding in their teaching
area. It is essential for the professional to determinant towards their work and train accordingly.
Professional factor also enhances the education sector by their personal ability and their
professionalism. For better performance the professional has to develop a criterion in order to
maintain the standard and credibility towards the professionalism (Kirk, 2019).
Dual professionalism indicates the trainers and teachers who develop the expertise knowledge as
a professional in order to provide the valuable outcompetes to the learner. Dual professionalism
include the professional body which indicates the regulations and standards of the teaching in the
organization. Dual professionalism determine the specialist in one factor as a specialization and
qualification in one factor in the education department. Dual professional also include the
motivated learner who can motivate other and influence other for the betterment of their personal
factor and enhancing their ability in order to gain the best identification of the professionalism.
1.2 professional values influence own practice in an area of specialism
Professional value has impacted the relationship of the teacher and the leaner. The values and
practices in the organization has been identified the importance and key value of an individual in
regard to maintain the professionalism. Roles and responsibilities of the professional in
organization as in education are to promote, equality, sharing and focus on the standard of the
individual and as a trainer to influence others. Students in the University are getting ideas,
innovation and theories for the better decision-making in regard to critically evaluate the
observation and professional values influences the trainer identification and learning potential.
The better quality and management practice help the organization by the individual and their
professional values. Professional value also help the organization in which the teacher are
present and students get help in order to maintain their practices. This includes s the learning

capacity and diversity in the workforce (Gravel, 2021). Values also reflect the evaluation and
practices by which it trains the professional development in teachers. Values also determine the
honesty, integration in the work field and by which the students also trust the trainer in order to
maintain the dignity of the organization. This also indicates the factor of how the individual
present themselves and drive up their professional ability.
TASK-2
2.1 social, political and economic factors influence education policy
External factor which influence the organization and the policy factor by the budget, media and
others which influence the education policy. Such factor are;
Social factor: society perspective can influence the factor of the education by which they
prevent the organization. As the society and community play an important role to influence the
education policy. In the UK there are many young people who pursue education in the university
and this determines the qualification and assessment by which they will be able to manage to
professionalism in the university. The government also determine this factor that people should
aware about the factor and influence the people to wards the education and mange all this. Even
though the government also decide to enhance the employment skill in the education and make
them better (Barrainkua, and Espinosa-Pike, 2018).
Political factor: political factor influence the courses which an individual want to pursue and
enhance their ability through that course and implement the work and efficiency in this. Political
factor also include the policy and social factor by which it affects the education and the
individual personality. The mainly this factor detriment the English, maths and political science
by which the students will focus on these factor.
Economic factor: the economic factor which identify the economy of the country which include
the budget and influence the savings and manage them in order o mai8ntain the economy
aspects. Economy also include the funds and speciality support by which they will identify and
determine and influence the educational department as many students also get the scholarship
which will help them and in order to gain the professionalism from this (Viennet, and Pont,
2017).

2.2 impact of current educational policies on curriculum and practice in own area of specialism
In the University if teacher does not have the knowledge and professionalism therefore they may
face the adverse affect in the organization. Education policy is the essential key in terms of rules
and regulation and to follow them. This creates the law, regulation and policies by which the
organization also get benefits and individual as well. Mainly policy of the education identifying
the factor which enable the reform by illuminating and important connection and the policy by
learning practices. It also emphasis the urban setting and improving the interaction and
enhancement ability of the individual. With the help of policy factor it allows the university also
to regularize their work and procedure in order to maintain the relations which they implement in
the organization. It enables the personal learning and social emotional and students engagement
by which they maintain the policies in the education. The trainer should analyse the factor by
which they determine the influenced ability and maintained of the attitude and of the students.
This also includes the task oriented and collaboration among the staff itself for the better work
and effective work in order to enhance the ability and make better performance in the
organization and gain as much as professional skills by enhance the abilities used in respect to
create a good environment ((Dudley, Xu, Vermunt, and Lang, 2019). Generally the education
policy identify the pri8ncuip0le of the government policies regarding the education sector and
their working factor by which they are able to measure the rules and operation of the
organization. The impact of the circumlunar in the education identify the factor by analyse the
value, goals and objective of t he organization of education which is OXFORD university and
their rules and regulation.

In accordance to this, the stakeholder and external bodies key role in functions of
teaching and education effectively. Through these helps in emphasizing policies and procedure
through following these helps in making sustainability growth. By these helps in playing
effective role by framing of policies through following this in respective manner. Through this
emphasizes productive role as it is necessary to emphasize education and training that conducts
productive approach (Baporikar, 2021). The university is taught student by developing their
skills and knowledge, making them understand effectively this helps in facilitating productive
role through performing functions effectively. In order to this, stakeholder helps in deriving

success of university structure by performing productive role in functions of management. Also,
the external authority works by involving policies and procedures that helps in regulation of
functions of business. By performing effective role and developing policy that is to be followed
by students.
3.2 Assess how be accountable to stakeholders and external authorities through their influence
In order to this, it emphasizes both negative and positive approach by facilitating
university education and training activity. As this helps in making productive approach through
regulation of bodies and impact on management (Crovini, Schaper and Simoni, 2021). This helps
in making and emphasize better relationship through working in effective manner by gaining
public support. It facilitates as being an accountable to shareholders and external authority by
influencing education, training. As this helps in deriving better approach through working in
systematic manner by proper functioning of management. The education and training is must for
deriving positive approach by changing society and donations to other services. As it emphasizes
productive approach by performing duty and maintains role in productive manner. By playing
significant role that helps in maintaining sustainability and emphasizes growth by working in
systematic manner. The learning is necessary in university to grow and development as personal
basis that derived through education and training by external and stakeholders. This helps in
deriving positive impact by facilitating partnership with security-guarding board. It helps in
making sustainability and conducts growth of business in desired manner (Putro, Pradono and
Setiawan, 2021). Through emphasizing stakeholders and external authority that helps in deriving
education and training that builds productive role by working in systematic manner.
3.3 Determine significance to work in partnership with workers and other shareholders
The importance is determined by various ways that helps in emphasizing effective role
for partnership with workers and other stakeholders in education and training. It helps in
reducing issues and problems of progression, emphasize consistency and supports that helps in
building productive role in functions of management. Through this provides holistic view by
facilitating provisions for learners that helps in conducting better approach through emphasizing
importance in education and training (Raza and et.al, 2021). This helps in assuring flexibility by
this learners work with full potentiality and gaining knowledge in effective manner. By
enhancing resources and facilitate applicability that emphasize full determination by working in
systematic manner by generating new thoughts and views. As this helps in emphasizing

innovativeness that builds productive approach for learner as it work by creating and improvising
knowledge in new manner. It helps in emphasizing importance that helps in education and
training by emphasizing capacity that facilitate new learners.
3.4 Influence of accountable to shareholders and external authority
By accountable of shareholders and external authority helps in deriving influence by
design, structure and plays effective role by smooth functioning of business. This derives
necessities and requirements that helps in controlling and professional autonomy in education
and training (Camphuijsen, Møller and Skedsmo, 2021). As this emphasize significant control of
performance and exercises that helps in making sustainability and conducts growth through
emphasizing positive influence by stakeholders and external authorities. It helps in improvising
skills and implements strategy to facilitate growth and development to meeting requirements of
learners.

4.1 Study key aspect of procedures, code of exercises and guidelines
The key functions of policies, code of exercises and guidelines helps institution by
emphasizing optimum allocation of resources and faithfulness (Qiu and Zhang, 2021). The
policy that emphasize for this are;
Equity policy- The significance of this policy is deriving by maintaining equality that helps in
emphasizing productive approach though playing diversifying culture that helps in conducting
productive approach in institution.
Code of conduct and guidelines- In order to this, by following code of conduct through
emphasizing health and security act that comes under section 1974, through maintaining health
and security helps in deriving learners proficiency.
Productive classroom code of conduct- Through this by maintaining effective role by
emphasizing classroom code in institution helps in attaining desired targets and goals effectively
(Saunders and Kulchitsky, 2021). Through smooth functioning of management by maintains
decorum of class and follow guidelines that frames by working in effective manner.
4.2 Appraise influence of business requirements and expectation on exercises
The influence of organization requirements and expectation helps in meeting vision
through clearly defining goals and objectives effectively. This helps in maintaining and
facilitating learners requirements through performs functions of institution effectively. As this

derives positive approach through emphasizing equality and expectation is to meet desired
targets of institution (Krause, Droste and Matzdorf, 2021). Through working in diversified
manner helps in engaging learner's motivation through meeting curriculum targets of enhancing
knowledge and skills by working in effective manner. By implementation of curriculum that
emphasize better communication skills through develops better understanding by working in
effective manner. As this helps in emphasizing productive influence by achieving needs and
expectation through working in respective manner. This helps in maintaining productive role by
improvising technical skills and knowledge that derives integration by facilitating the latest
technology into consideration. Through this learners learn in easily manner by using technology
that helps in conducting productive approach by working in systematic manner. By deriving
effective tool to students through innovating their skills and creativeness by working with more
productive manner. This helps in influence organization needs and expectation in desired
manner. Through enhancing skills and knowledge of learner that learn in effective manner by
using digitalized concept through making learners more productive and energetic as they work in
effective manner. The management performs functions by working in effective manner through
deriving productive approach by working functions of management through enhancing skills and
knowledge of student in desired manner (Chan, Chen and Liu, 2021). In order to this, determine
better approach for curriculum targets by emphasizing through staff peoples that plays key role
in functions of management through enhancing communication skills and knowledge by working
in systematic manner. This helps in enhancing knowledge and improvise skills in corrective
measure through expanding knowledge of learners in respective manner.

5.1 The quality improvement quality assurance in the organization:
Oxford university take responsibility of their stakeholders and community, they offer high
standard of learning and reaching to the stakeholders. The Oxford university need to challenge
themselves to improve the quality, it is very important them to monitor their quality and make
certain improvement in the process (Chaki, et.al., 2019). It is very clear that every university
need manage quality to ensure the performance remain more effective. As a teacher of Oxford
university I need to ensure that I provide quality assurance to the college. There are certain tools

for quality assurance which include self and internal verification, observation and
standardization.
5.2 Self assessment and self evaluation in quality cycle:
The quality cycle means systematic methods in learning and gaining adequate knowledge, this
help in providing feedback and identify certain change which will be required in the process of
teaching. Self assessment is one of them most adopted thing by a teacher, this help them to hide
weakness. The process of self assessment means a teacher might need to look at oneself to assess
certain aspect of identity. The self evaluation in quality cycle means a person or teacher might
need to self evaluate from informal session or taking feedback from the student. As a teacher I
know the importance of self evaluation because this help in the identifying the weak area which
effect the quality of the performance. Self assessment and self evaluation are very important in
the context of standardizing performance.
5.3 Learning program to improve and in maintaining quality:
Every organization need their performance to be best and some run various learning program to
improve the quality of the performance (Hamrin, et.al., 2016). The Oxford university have been
running various learning program to improve the quality of the teachers. These learning program
not only help in improving the quality of the work but this also help the learning a sense of
manners in the university. The Oxford university know that only these learning program can
improve the quality and meet the target of the quality. It is very important to analyse feedback
from learner which show the truce result of the quality and highlight the area where the
improvement is required.
5.4 Area for improvement in learning program:
Identification of weak area where improvement is must require can be sometimes very
challenging which means a teacher need to carefully analyse the outcome to find the weak area
where improvement is required (Wise, et.al., 2017). I believe that internal and external feedback
can help in analysing the area, this shows that internal feedback have been very important as it
shows the deep knowledge of the subject which I tend to teach and learn. Some of the area of
improvement lies in the online content where learner need more quality work, this can be
improved by making various important changes in the online content. This will help in getting
the interest of the learner back on the track, enriching the learning of learner is the major area
where the improvement is must required.

CONCLUSION
In this report we have discussed concept of professionalism in training and education and aspects
of dual professionalism. Later we have discussed own professional value which is required in the
area of specialism. Later we have discussed how external factors that influence the education
policy and role of stakeholders in the education and training also been discussed. Later we have
discussed key aspects of policies, code of practice and guideline for organization. And analyse
the impact of organizational requirement in curriculum practice. Later we have discusses quality
improvement and quality assurance in organization and functions of self assessment and self
evaluation in the quality cycle. Later we have discussed learning program to maintain the quality
in the organization. At last, we have discussed area of improvement by learning program.
