INTRODUCTION
Professional skills for business and finance is mainly associated with the career
competencies. This helps individual to carry out all the technical task in an appropriate and
systematic manner which in turn helps in accomplishment of desired task (Ramírez and et. al.
2017). This study will highlight on developing effective communication and professional skills
in the business environment. It will also focus on determining the relevance of business
etiquettes and skills needed to be a reflected learner.
MAIN BODY
Plagiarism is type of fraud in academic. Plagiarism is related to theft of thinks and ideas
of others and presenting as own without consent, students will take online courses which is used
plagiarism of her project.
Plagiarism of ideas and knowledge not only on text there are many forms of plagiarism like
using computer code , illustrations, graph etc.
Forms of plagiarism:
There are many forms of plagiarism. One of the major plagiarism is cutting and pasting
the acknowledgement from the internet.
Second plagiarism is paraphrasing it means changing the few words and order of the words and
structure of the word.
Other person material and material of professional agencies coping by the person and students is
also called the plagiarism.
Auto plagiarism is also a form of plagiarism
auto plagiarism means you do not submit work which is already submitted (Assiter, 2017).
Plagiarism matters alot plagiarism is related to intellectual honesty .and dishonesty.it means
using of another work as your own,it means you dont complete the learning process. you have
failed in learning process. Plagiarism is unethical its affect on your future .it is affected in your
knowledege and learning.it is also affect on your degrees.

of the audience in order to attain objectives of the presenter in a systematic manner. Effective
presentation skills helps in motivating the audience to keep engaged and deliver the best possible
outcomes which leads to higher operational growth.
Academic integrity is mainly associated with the honest and responsible achievement of
scholarship. This in turn leads to integration of academic policies in an ethical and reasonable
manner (Assiter, 2017). Group work skills are very necessary as it helps in attaining higher
organizational goals and objectives. These skills mainly includes effective decision making,
problem solving capability, feedback skills, conflict resolution, influencing skills, planning
skills, persuasion skills, effective communication skills and team building skills in order to attain
greater heights. This helps in resolving all the problems in an efficient and ethical manner
(Penrod, Tucker and Hartman, 2017). This helps in reinforcing skills which helps in breaking
complex task into simpler mode in order to gain better results and outcomes.
Leadership skills helps in leading a group of individuals in the particular direction. It
helps individual in attaining specific set of goals in order to effectively inspire others to perform

etc. Effective written communication skills helps in building trust between the reader and the
writer by setting clear messages. Effective writing skills are essential as it leads to higher
academic integrity. This helps students to not cheat and copy from other sources in order to
provide valid and true information in an ethical and honest manner. Oral communication skills
helps in putting all the components of the language all the together in order to transmit clear set
of information to the person verbally by the word of mouth. An individual can develop an oral
communication skills by encouraging conversation, speaking loudly, developing listening skills,
etc. written communication can be effectively developed by clearly and concisely understanding
writing paragraphs.
Interview skills such as time management, punctuality, attentiveness, good
communication skills, analytical and logical skills, etc. helps in gaining opportunity in the
particular organization in order to gain higher career opportunities (Kulturel-Konak and et. al.,
2015). This helps in gaining better personal growth opportunities at a better pay scale.
Business etiquettes is very crucial for the business as it helps in creating positive and
professional atmosphere. This also leads to effective communication which in turn leads to
higher operational performance, growth and sustainability. Effective business etiquettes helps in
providing individuals with personal security (de Jager and Brown, 2016). It is very useful in
creating strong relationship with the employers and employees in the organization which also
results in higher operational growth and productivity at the workplace. This also helps in
preventing misunderstanding and reflecting confidence at the workplace. Business etiquettes also
all the employees in the organization feel respectful which in turn leads to higher performance
and productivity.
Setting rules, standards and guidelines at the workplace helps in setting guiding
principles in order to perform the specific task in a legal and ethical manner. Complying with
