techniques in the health care system. This use of the 3D technology might help in removing the
limitations of the CT scan in the health care sector. However, this paper have also discussed
about the limitations of the 3D printing technology in the health care sector.
This technology cannot scan at cellular level on the human body. The paper has also
discussed about the applications of the 3D printing in the health care industry including the
artificial jaw bones, prosthetics and polymers. These services provided by the 3D printing
technology have helped in improving quality of care services to the patients in the health care
industry. The future aspects of the 3D printing technology have been depicted in the paper. The
future applications of this technology might be in advanced vasectomy and stem cell research.

I have been facing negative experience at my workplace. It has been related to the designing and
development of the android software. The development stages of the software was assigned to
me by my team leader. After researching in the topic, I got that there has been already a software
present in the market. Therefore, it becomes tough for me to handle and manage different model
of software development with the project. Therefore, I rejected the project from my side. This
results conflicts with my team leader and teammates within my workplace.
I have refused the offer as similar project has been already available in the market. Therefore,
copyright infringement laws might be implemented in the company for violating policies of an
organization. However, I was passing through a negative experiences as I refused the project and
forcefully asked to start the project without any delay.
I have learnt some fundamental skills from this experience. This experience have made me
understand the implications of violating regulations and rules of the company. This has affected
my professional career. Along with that the consequences of the action might also damage the
reputation of the company. However, based on the experienced that I gained, I can recommend
some new ideas for combating certain issues in the project. The team leader have to understand
the seriousness of this matter and might be able to find a solution to these problems. The positive
impacts of the experiences was that the manager of the company was impressed with my
proposal of making new type of software and scolded the team leader for changing the
requirements of the project. The negative side of the experience with the team leader was not
happy with my decision and damages the reputation of the company in tem market. Being a
software developer, I can develop a new product design and provide a sample to the company.
