1.0 Self-reflection on personal learning and development, and the transferable skills.
A personal learning is generally essential to effectively ensure the development of
various skills sets as well as the personal development that is linked with the enhancement of
a person. It consists the self-improvement, sets of the effective skills that can ensure a
person’s growth. It was able to search various requirements to effectively acquire the
provided understanding as well as various skills with aid of the academic learning so that I
can rightly improve among several regions by which I can able to get the increase within
getting better academic results that will more aid me within the organization.
1.1 Identification and reflection on my approach to personal learning and development.
Personal enhancement is generally a procedure of improving the knowledge skills so
that I can have a better development as well as growth within the academic knowledge as
well as can also lead to attain the success and growth. Within this, it is being determined that
the people are mainly concentrating over several learning aspects which are further aid in
having an improvement within the career as well as can lead to accomplish the specified
goals and objectives as well. In addition, it is quite essential for the people to include various
goals which are being expressed towards individuals in accomplishing a great success. With
help of this, I can able to improve various skills which will further ensure my enhancement as
well as can solve the provided issues with the right methods so that they can produce a

sharpen as well as I am concentrated over my effective communication skills that is essential
while doing the marketing employment as well as convenience the client to buy their
products. It is the skill that can assist me to learn as well as help in receiving the effective

communication. It is quite essential for me to improve the skills it is because for consisting
the better communication with other people, they actually require to listen me carefully
during attending the class sessions and should concentrate on provided instructions in a
suitable pathway that can also assist me in learning the several aspects. In addition, it was
generally the skills which I effectively require to enhance during the obtaining such module.
Information technology: It was the skills that I can capable to use during the
academic knowledge. It is generally considered as a specific skill which is required at the
learning time as well as further for the professional enhancement. The use of computer is also
an important procedure that can aid in completing the provided task in a provided time set of
learning. I was effectively able to acquire various development aspects as well as technology
by which I can able to make each of the task in an efficient manner. In addition, the skills
generally aid me in enhancing the learning of the new aspects so that every work can be
finished within a provided time duration. It was the enhancement that is specifically linked
with the entire enhancement as well as can help me to have confidence to efficiently

Communication skills: A communication skill is quite essential for me in both
personal and professional growth. The skill can help me while collaborating with other

this, being able to effectively communicate with variety of people can significantly build the

Analytical and research skills: In this, the analytical skills are generally essential to
aid the organizations solve the issues from various perspectives. The analytical skills can be
