and can provide the company a lead in market. For which effective designing of process is conducted that provides more
effective solution for every requirements of buyers. I focus in planing the framework by adopting latest technology and
tries to update every task by several modifications.
Data Analytics There is an enormous data present that tends to increase in future also. It has many advantages if analysed properly. My
work is to analyse every data that can provide a better base for formulating strategies and can predict future demands and
factor that leads to influence purchasing decision of a customer.

As buyers concentrate on their needs and requirements, it is very important to understand them which will lead to create
a bridge between success of product and their satisfaction. Therefore, I gather every information regarding them through
organising certain surveys which serves honest feedback from them and their expectation with brand can be analysed to

important aspect to develop an effective communication level among every employee to avoid any conflict. Hence, my
duty is to organise various activities which can lead to improve the internal communication of every person who is
related to company.
Relationship management
For increasing the efficiency of firm it is my duty to establish an effective relation with every worker who has
contribution in accomplishment of goals and objectives of company. I work on various aspect that leads to motivate them
and trust the management for every decision as it leads to provide a productive environment and increase in quality of
service.
Problem Solving
There are various conflicts that arises due to several aspects as every individual has their own perspective which leads to
create resistance in proper functioning of organisation. Therefore, instant solution of these problems are required. I
handle thee scenario by understanding the root of such problems and tries to eradicate through many strategies. I
organise various exit interviews with employees who are willing to exit as a step for retaining capable individuals who
are important for company.
Discretion
Every employee who works for the company has their own personal problem as well as some of them are very sensitive
which should be kept confidential. Therefore, my role is to safeguard those information and tries to make an effective

In the following team I am appointed as a Human Resource Manager who is responsible for providing several plan which are needed for increasing

the productivity of employee in the firm. Being as the head of department after HR director , it is my duty to handle every matter and generate new
strategies which can be effective for maintaining suitable environment for working that will lead to motivate workers for pushing themselves beyond
their limits for providing extra contribution for the firm. There are many scenarios which leads to hinder the productivity of each worker. Therefore,
several tactics are required to be made for making their morale high in order to serve quality work for accomplishment of goals and objectives of an
organisation. Also, I will focus on deciding several benefits which should to be provided to them according to their work. Appointing team
individuals were necessary in order to accomplish goals and objectives of the department. With the help of using their interpersonal skills each task
will be completed effectively. As appointing team director will provide an experienced guidances related to certain factors which can hinders any
plan related to employees. The vision which is provided by him will be used as a direction on which work has to be done. The assistant manger will
be focusing on those strategies which can be made under provided plan which is formulated that requires creativity for making it more successful.
The criteria for building up a team is to use the strength for each individual for managing human resource of the firm in an effective manner. The
communication skills of every worker is needed to be effective in order to provide a great synchronising in work that will lead to increase efficiency
in productivity of the company. Apart from this, more concentration is done on the conflict resolution as it can hinder the progress of plans which are
applied for their betterment. There should be a proper communication between the members of team as it would lead to avoid any kind of
misunderstanding which will lead to avoid various kind of disputes that can occur between them and can make the team ineffective. There should be
proper structure of conflict handling scenario such as conduction of negotiation meeting. It would lead to understand the perspective of every
individual regarding particular problem that is needed to be solved instantly. It will be made sure that each employee should be performing their
work under the provided ethical limitations. It will decrease those practices which are not appropriate according to morales and can degrade
professionalism of an individual. Every individual must have a potential to lead the team in various scenarios that will lead to provide effective
leaders who can handle the team in innovative manner. As leader it is very necessary to influence other to work in a singular manner on a common
vision. There are various characteristic which must be present for becoming a perfect leader as it should have a great influential power that would
lead to persuade other for the strategies is formulated for solving any particular scenario. Apart from this, a leader is made from the support of other
individuals therefore it might have a mutual agreeableness of other member present in a team. There is a requirement of being a multi tasker as it
could lead to organise several task at time with least error that can occur while handling them. Therefore, it is very important to be very alert and
responsive to each activity that is happening among employees. Apart from this, various meetings are needed to be conducted in order to understand

After acknowledging my strengths, effective leading of the lead can be conducted by myself which can lead to accomplish goals and objectives of an
organisation. As being a member of Human Resource department team and the HR manger it is my duty to handle all other team members and work
on the vision of director in order to provide successful accomplishment of the task which are involved for handling workers of the organisation. The
management style which is required to be followed by me is democratic as I will be reaching the decisions according to the input of each employees
but final decision will be taken by me. There will be various variations in the style that is implemented by me as it would involve consulting,
participation and other collaborative styles. Ideas of other team members are regarded to be very important and their contribution will be
encouraged. Team should have communication in both direction from top to down and bottom to top. Apart from this I have discovered various
functionalities which has been served by the management style that has been adopted by me is distribution of leadership and providing
empowerment to followers and apart from this facilitates in making decisions for several matters. The management style is considered to be very
versatile as there are many advantages which are observed by me such as it has an ability to fit in every kind of business and has effective solutions
for every complex problems. It tends to promote a creative environment as well as builds up a strong team which is needed for a successful team that
can make several strategies. But there were various problems that were faced while applying this management style on my team as it was very time
consuming because for every concluding decision there was a need to ask suggestions of every team member regarding a particular problem apart
from that the time which used to be taken for processing a particular decision was very long which was completely a disadvantage. Sometimes
decision might become indecisive for particular situations especially at the time of emergency. As the leading ability of mine was very effective,
therefore I was successful in using this skill for handling every other member as well as the structure of work which was needed to be established for
effective working. Apart from that, with an effective communication skill I was able to convey my perception to other team members that lead to
make them understand very easily regarding every perspective that is needed to be considered while making strategies for the completion of
particular goals and objective. Communication makes the relationship of each employee to be stronger that helps to control and coordinate for every
activity which is involved in business. Also, I have observed that miscommunication can lead to create many disputes that can be harmful for any
team. There has been several meeting conducted by me with director and other team members for understanding the need for developing particular
plan according to the scenario and the urgency for developing that particular plan. Apart from this, the decision making must be very accurate as
being a manager there has to be a strong far sightedness that would lead to provide successful prediction of all factors that can influence strategies
and the productivity of firm that can lead to introduce several disadvantages. Also, there is an enormous availability of data which is needed to be
effectively analysed for taking out effective information which is required to be implemented in order to get informative facts that can be very useful
for formulating strategies and can provide a unique way of perspective for solving a particular problem. There must be an instant decision making
ability as the scenario requires instantaneous solutions by observing every perspective regarding all aspects that are needed to be included. A
manager must be able to handle the team in an innovative manner to provide effective and efficient completion of activities. As a human resource
manager, I have ascertained that it is very essential to secure and safeguard the important information of every individual who is involved in the
company. Their are many delicate information which are needed to be safeguarded so that no one can be humiliated or discriminated on any grounds.
It is the duty of management to treat every employee equally. I have concluded that in order to motivate employees it is very important to appreciate
