Dear Moondrop team ,
It is disconsolate and unfortunate that we have to inform you that the upper management has denied
the revising request and instructed to terminate the revision and amendment process of our upcoming
computer game project Moondrop.
The main factor which is considered for the termination is that the company is currently facing
financial strains, therefore, the management team has given clear instructions to prepare the game for
sale for gaining an adequate profit over the investment. The game is expected to be released before a
month of its scheduled time. As it is evident that summer season is prevailing and many of our team
members have applied for a long vacation, it is unfortunate to notify you that our management team
has denied any vacation leave to any member of the Moondrop team. However, it has also been
mentioned that team leaders can re-instate the vacations of the members if only the demand of the
company is clearly met with.
However, as a producer, I have introspected the matter and formulated certain plans that can be
implemented to meet the challenging situation. Since the revision process of Moondrop is
terminated, web videos can be released on different social networking sites to give the players and
reviewers an insight into the game. Apart from that, fixes or doses can be applied while the game is
released to avoid any mishap during the rush hours. However, as a producer, I will be making an
attempt to contact the team leaders via phone to discuss the matter in details.
