INTRODUCTION
Education refers to the process of gaining skills, knowledge and experience from training
as well as study. It is all about increasing theoretical or practical knowledge in the classroom of
any institute or University. Education is very essential part of an individual life as it changes
their personality completely and make it better. It helps them to become successful and
productive person which allows them to engage better with other fellow peoples as well as
working. With better education or knowledge they can experience it in a more effective way.
Where as, training is a part of education which implies an act of gaining particular skills or
knowledge in order to perform a job role effectively. Training helps individuals to develop their
current skills, understanding or experience practically to do a specific activity or job. The term
training mostly used for employees in order to improve their abilities to perform a task in an
organisation (Bruijns and Et. Al., 2020). To understand better this concept the selected topic is
childcare. This topic is related with health, safety as well as development of children in order to
improve personality for better life. Childcare has been described as services provided by
professionals to children while their parents are not with them or working.
This report highlights professionalism and the influence of professional values in
education and training as well as applications of policies in context of education and training.
Further, it covers the impacts of accountability to stakeholders as well as external bodies on
education and training. At last, it defines the organisational policies in context of education and
training.

The best vocational learning and teaching is a sophisticated procedure which demands
dual professionals. Trainers or teachers with occupational experience as well as expertise, who
can pool these with great learning and teaching practice. People work in an organisations as well
as they also provide education services in order to helps children to get better practical
knowledge which trainers provide by their personal experiences. Some time, many institute hire
various specialist from big companies to provide practical knowledge about various technical
subject to their students so they get better understanding about technical process and its working.
In IT sector or professional courses, institutes conducts workshops and training programme for
their students as well as they appoint professional of successful companies to provide on field
knowledge to students so they conduct their practices well in any organisation. These
professional have expert knowledge about many fields which helps or inspires students to
improve their focus in order to achieve better grades as well as set their goals for their future
career (no Hyakka, 2018). Dual professional is not a new concept it is popular in earlier times
also, as many employees want to do some social services as well as they are interested to share
their knowledge and experiences with children. So they contract with many university or institute
in order to provides and share these services for the benefits of students so they get proper
understanding about many important topics which helps them to develop their future career
effectively.
1.2 Explaining ways wherein own professional values influences own practice within area of
specialism
Own professional values comprises of reliability, consistency and honesty from
individuals who act appropriately and deliver work outcomes according to standards as well as
timescales. It makes them accountable for their own actions and values as well as they have to
follow certain rules made for particular role (Garner, Parker and Prigmore, 2019). Education is
an art of continuous learning of new things and developing new skill set which aid them to
discover values for themselves. Professional values like maintaining a strong work ethic allows

impacted by many factors like the budget that are available for spending and the media for the
education related to child care that are as follows-
Social- Public views has influenced the policies of education and training system as main
aim of government is to safeguard societal interest. Media plays a most important role in
education system as well as on the views of society as if they report a problem in their news and
highlights negative point about activities related to education. Then it creates a unease and
discomfort in society (Bjørnestad and Os, 2018). Then then the people of societies demands that
the administrative bodies of education system make changes in their current policies and fix
things. It is related with the future of children as well as education system serve society so they
have to modified their policies and activities in order to gain positive results.

Political- There are various policies and rule made by political parties regarding various
courses available in market for better future of children. As they make rule and increased the
criteria of age for full time education to 18 and launch various internship program to educate
youth before they start working in labour market. They make policy which states that children
which belong to the age below 19 must take proper maths and English education or skills before
enrolling in higher education (Boll and Lagemann, 2019). Due to this policy lots of learners
leaves their school because lack of Math and English skills.
Economic- The overall budget of country for education and training has declined every
year because of extra money is required by government for saving for other issues. For this
reason they have less budget for education and training program for better childcare of students.
They have less resources and funds in order to provide advanced and improved education
services for the development of learners (Brend, 2020). The economic climate has great impact
on education policy as professionals makes effective policy and plans according the funds
available in market.

The impact of current educational policies in practices and curriculum in child care are as
follows-
Social- In a country, people belong to the diverse society and current social need id very
essential in order to meet the desires of public as per their values. So, the education policies need
to evolve frequently to provides better services for development of learners. It is important for
policy makers to assure that all children are not affected by detrimental impact of negative policy
especially they pursue complicated courses (Brend, 2020).
Political- The current policies of government is formed for the benefits of learners as
well as improved their basic skills which is needed by them for future career. They make this
policy as a positive move but it has also negative expressions for learners which wants to learn

implementations of new policy have negative effect on learners that it was inclining to help.
Economic- There are less courses available in market of country due to lack of resources

operations of institutes. The differences in opinions can be related to technology, cost, quality,
study patterns and many more.

order to make sure the successful execution of courses. By generating strong networks with all
these shareholders, they can make strong relation with them to order to ensure that they get better
results and outcomes.

It is important for educational administrations to work in partnership with all stakeholders
in training and education in order to provide better childcare services to the learner. As many

education policies professionals have to take permission of them in order to safeguard their
interest and reputation. After evaluating the impact of stakeholders, they must invite them and
take suggesting them to make improvement in syllabus to fulfil all requirement in order to serve
best childcare services. It has been seen that by using Maslow's theory of needs they can fulfil
the needs and desires of teaching faculty, learners and other stakeholders to increase satisfaction
