area is construction management which required proper or technical skills addition to ethical
behaviour (Fletcher, Warren, and Hernández-Gantes, 2018). Professional skills includes various
skills such as communication, management, leadership, decision-making and analytical skills.
Whereas, ethical behaviours includes code of conducts, honesty, trust, kindness, respectfulness,
integrity as well as fairness to perform a specific job role effectively. It also consists
responsibility, honesty, transparency and accountability in regard to developing quality
perforation in an construction organisation. MACE organisation is taken to be considered to
define the concept of codes of ethics in construction industry. It is a consultancy and construction
company situated in UK.
The aim to this project to highlights the understanding of morale and ethics in business
and knowledge of an area of professional practice with in an organisation. Further It covers the
importance of leadership and corporate governance in an construction organisation. At last It
covers understanding of core aspects of operating in a professional way addition to knowledge of
how to produce a CPD plan.

many more. Responsibilities of directors is liaising and interfacing with many parties to make
sure effective project completion, integrating with public sector and assuring community
engagement (Mooney and Jameson, 2018). Role and responsibility of executive is to engaging
with potential stakeholders to make sure they are engaged as well as well informed in all stage of
project from planning to construction.
