Step 1: Analyse - The
Consequences  If the system is permitted to go live, it's possible that all of the functions and sub-
functionalities will fail to meet the requirements. The company's activities will be abruptly
halted if the system hangs in a short period of time.
 If the system is permitted to go live without testing of this system or going to automate
system then the database storage security and application security may not be proper and
the security concerns may be arise.
Step 2: Analyse - The
Actions  The IR professional should try to maintain the continuity of information technology
services and information flow with great care, according to the ACS Code of Ethics.
 According to ACS code of ethics the IT professionals should give the responsibility to
more responsible person in order to maintain the information flow and overcome the
technique problems so that they can maintain the repetition of the company and maintain
the security of the information system.
 The professional should deliver goods and services that fit the operational and financial
demands of clients and workers, according to the ACS code of ethics rule NR4.6.1. It is an
offence and a violation of ACS regulations if the system is permitted to go online without
adequate testing to ensure functionality.

Step 3: Make A Decision
The ethical problem will be prevalent in IT firms and will surface in times of crisis. The IT
professional must keep in mind the norms and regulations that must be followed when doing their
duties. According to a CS code of standards it is recommended to the IT managers that the shell
monitor and evaluate the flow of Information and maintain the continuity of information
technology in order to taking care of the information flow and maintained and establish the guild
lines. The Australian Computer Society has established these guidelines to ensure the seamless
operation of all public and client-facing functions.
