Introduction
Managing and organizing the work environments among the children at the different age levels
increase the physical activity as well as the mental ability among the different individuals. so in
order to have development of the individual with the inclusion of the proving their high quality
level of childhood educations and care in multistage care services (Caetano, Caetano, and
Nielsen., 2020). In this report, there will be development of the programs in relation to the
inclusion for identifying the aspects of provisions in term of the enrichments with multi age
setting. In addition, the report will be having the detailed level of discussion on the methods of
facilities with the use of practical example in perfect manner.

As per the government’s guidelines, it has been celery stated as there regardless to there location
of the children there is needs to have the best possible start in life by proving their high quality
level of childhood educations and care in multistage care services. So there is need to have their
outlining the importance and inclusion for identifying the aspects of provisions in term of the
enrichments with multi age setting.
Importance for the homework enrichments
Homework have been considered as the important aspect to make there better level of

enrichment should be the parts of the such activities which have the overall develop the physical
and mental aspects in which eating and cooking have also being identified as the important
activities for children in the after-school period of their day.

Evaluation of the effectiveness of the programme plan
The working group have their founding that the national and international research with proper

Reflective practice
As the part of reflective, this have been amazing the activity to make the development of the
programmes plan for the enrichment of the homework as the inclusive criteria among the parents
and children (Moulton and Laugeson .,2020). The experience has been wonderful and the task
turned out to be challenging in different perfectives. I have improved my communication skill to
have the proper indication with children, parents and different stakeholders I need to develop
presentation skill in better manner.
Recommendations
As the part of recommendation there is need for the better level of community support which
tends to be more inclusive, fairer have having the suitable patterns.
The programmes should have tried to make the students have the better integration which
teaches and increase ether quality of learning in better manner.
The investment in the school age children will be helping out to deliver the bets outcomes for
the children along with encouraging the parents to enter or remain in the workforce
Logical conclusion
from the above file, It can be conclude as there will be development of the programs in relation
to the inclusion for identifying the aspects of provisions in term of the enrichments with multi
