Main aim and objective of this project is to launching a new health and fitness app which
helps in enhancing portfolio of company and achieve higher profited by providing unique service
to their target customers. Astra plc will achieve their objective with the help of this gant chart
within a period of 3 months. Gant chart is an effective tool which help company in effective time
management and also assist company in completing each and every activity related to developing
of new health and fitness app within three months. With the help of this Gant chart company is
able to effectively identify all activities related to project (Bernacer and et. al. 2019).
PROJECT SCOPE
App design- The design of new health & fitness app launching by Astra plc Company is
very unique and attractive which help company in attracting their potential customers towards it.
It include a push notification system and reminders and also includes goal and trackers. It is
easily installed in mobile phone and with the help of this app in their phone their customers are
