A. Business Case:
The project mainly reflects on the construction of “Ethos Eat Drink” restaurant within Australia. The main aim of
constructing the restaurant is providing proper customer service as well as appropriate quality of food at reasonable
prices. It is identified that the restaurants that are present in Australia are quite expensive and as a result middle class
people faces difficulty in affording this restaurants. Thus it is quite necessary to have a restaurant that provides good
quality of food at an affordable price. Thus, the restaurant “Ethos Eat Drink” restaurant provides the facility of

In order to construct the restaurant the project manager estimated appropriate budget and time. For proceeding with
