INTRODUCTION
Project management refers to the planning and organization of firm’s resources in
order to move a particular task, duty and events towards completion. On the other side it can
involve a one-time project as well as on going activities such as managing resources which
includes finance, personnel, techniques along with intellectual property. Therefore, project
management is generally associated with field of engineering and construction etc. which is
used by firms to complete their project on time. Herein, method of project delivery refers to
the system used by an owner or agency to organize and designs their services in a perfect
way. Furthermore, this assignment includes different types of communication channels and
geographical aspect towards project. At last cultural aspects and reflection will get covered in
regards with international project (Pishdad-Bozorgi and Beliveau, 2016).
Cultural aspect
Cultural aspects mainly include different types of beliefs, norms, values, rules,
viewpoints and so many different ideas. In the other words, culture considered as way of life
shared by ample number group of people which includes their traditions and ideas. Thus,
culture reflects beliefs and values of people in so many assorted ways. Apart from this there
are different types of aspects comes under the culture such as art, language, music, food,
government, daily life, religion and clothing. Culture is the concept of multiple meanings.
Therefore, it is considered as a good practice which is shared by people within the
community and they use several actions to feel themselves within their place of work, in
family, in their community and many more. Thus, culture is the form of group of people in
which lots of people can work together to achieve their business goals and objectives.
Different types of culture at workplace can create difficulties for firm. This is because there
are so many employees who belong to different culture so that sometimes, they are not able
to understand their views and not able to even share their thoughts with each other it creates
issues at working place. Therefore, firms are required to follow few steps by which they can
make better relations with their employees and able to achieve their desired goals and
objectives. In regards with different types of culture people always have different kind of
behaviour towards everything so that they can face problems within the international teams
towards making better project and their delivery (Yun and et.al., 2016). For overcome issues
from workplace teams of employees follows few steps by which they work together within
different culture, those are as follows:

Self-aware: According to this, people can work on their beliefs, values and norms. It
helps them to understand others at workplace so that they can have positive impact through
understating properly. Thus, it is necessary for every employee to have self-awareness by
which they can easily cope up with international teams and work together.
Research: It is another way to understand different types of culture while working
with international teams. It helps employees to research online via reading books, and study
on few authenticates data so that they can easily understand overall tradition of culture.
Travel: It is considered as one of the best way to understand and experience other
cultures frequently. With the help of this they can meet different cultural people and able to
share their opinions with each other to achieve their desired goals on time.
Thus, these sorts of culture and their aspects help people to adopt new things in order
to understand every people at workplace. It directly influences people at workplace in a
positive way. Thus, it overcomes issues in between employees and their superiors and they
can easily understand each other (Samset and Volden, 2016).
Communication
It refers to the fundamentals to the survival and existence of humans within the every
organization. It refers to the particular process of developing and sharing thoughts, ideas,
views, information, feelings, facts and many more things towards the people to attain
common understanding. Therefore, communication considered as the key to the directing of
several functions of management. Process of communication is based on sender or message
in which sender also known as communicator that develops the message and conveys it to the
receiver. Herein, message involves ideas, information, facts, feelings and so on. All these
things developed by sender and then further communicate. Thus, it is necessary for every
employee in firms to have better communication so that they can easily cope up with
international teams successfully.
Apart from this, in order to achieve successful communication goals with
international team’s employees for every firm are needed to make or follow different types of
strategies by which they can make better communication process and make effective project
always. Apart from this communication is two way process which means that both person
communicating with each other and effectively participate in order to share information
between each other. Thus, it develops better communication between people and increase
