This quality plan is a response to the tender request to rehabilitate (resurface) existing roads at Perth War Cemetery. Specifically, the plan aim at describing how the project will be implemented throughout its lifecycle, and how the project team will accomplish, maintain and converse project value procedures. This plan will also include relevant processes that will be involved in quality planning, assurance, control and continuous development. Therefore, the quality plan for the rehabilitation of road networks at Perth War Cemetery will establish various activities and procedures that will ultimately ensure quality conclusion of the project. Precisely, the primary purpose of this quality plan will include:Ensuring quality planning of the projectGiving clear definition of project quality management procedures Clearly defining various project quality assurance activities Explaining how quality control activities will influence project conclusions Examining acceptable project quality ideals Based on the above purposes, this project quality plan will provide a solid foundation for efficacious, well-timed and quality execution of project activities. It will form the common principles that will be applicable throughout the project lifecycles. Moreover, this project quality plan will provide all activities that will be necessary for attainment of the set project objectives and ensuring high quality level. As such, a technical review of these requirements will conducted to ensure compliance with the set quality specifications. Project quality planning requirements According to Kuo et al. (2010), quality planning is majorly done to determine the anticipated quality and how such quality will be quantified.
