This research project aims to investigate the importance of extensive social media integration and improved internal communication for registered users in increasing profit share. The case study focuses on Bandcamp. The objectives include identifying the concept of extensive social media integration and its importance, maximizing customer base, increasing profit share, enhancing brand image, examining the importance of improved internal communication, and determining the role of extensive social media integration and improved internal communication in increasing profit share for Bandcamp. The conclusion suggests that Bandcamp should use extensive social media integration to increase profit from operations and also focus on improved internal communication to increase the number of loyal customers.
