2DISGN PROJECT
Introduction:
Training is one of the most effective ways in which proper structure of the organization
can be maintained and the challenges arising in the organization can be resolved. With proper
training, efficiency of the organization can be enhanced.
Organizational Constraints:
As mentioned before, the following organization constraints have been identified using the pro
active approach in the:
Improper structure: For the development of the student in any sector of education,
maintaining a proper organizational structure is very important. In the Herzing
University, United States, no proper organizational structure.
Under developed system of feedback: feedback helps in identifying the areas where the
development is needed. There was no feedback system in the organization which can
helps in the development of the areas which are neglected.
Biased teachers: The teachers’ practices favoritism. This is the process by which the
teacher differentiates few students amongst the other to who they give more attention.
The weaker students are often left off here. This results in the poor performance in all the
sectors of the education.

For the improvement of the organization, the following people have to be trained:
