Overview
The current study will help to understand the meaning of quantitative analysis and the
entire data is based upon the ABC company and questionnaire is designed that helps to
determine the employee satisfaction within a firm. For that, study will present the descriptive
analysis of the question and then it critically analyze the semi- structured interviews for
collecting the data and then describe the impact of sampling and non- sampling errors with their
mitigation strategies.

Theme 1: Majority of them state that they are in ABC from more than one year but less
than three

Interpretation: As per the above chart, it in interpreted that most of the employees are working
in ABC company from more than 1 year but less than 3 years because around 37% of them state

this, while 33% of them state that they are working less than 1 year and 17% of them state that
they are working within a firm from last 10 years. Or else 7% of them state that they are more
than 3 years and five years within ABC. As per the descriptive series, it is interpreted that the
mean shows that majority of them are working more than one year but less than three and mode
reflect that this is majority of the times repeated.
Theme 2: Majority of the selected respondents are working as a non- management

Interpretation: According to thee above table and chart, it is interpreted that selected
respondents are non- management as per their job position, while 27% of them state that they are
junior management, while 30% of them are middle management and 10% of them are senior
management in their post. Thus, it is reflected that most of them are belong to non-management
at their job profile. Also, the selected respondents are non- management because the mode
reflected this and mean shows 2 which also state the same.
