1. Introduction
The project management has been very helpful for taking care of the factors for the
alignment of the successful and effective management of the work. The project management
tools and principles has been aligned specifically with the implication of the works and the
management of the operations for the organization. The analysis of the works has been

successful and effective work development. The significant analysis of the work factors would
be effectively implied for the utilization of the smart project completion. The following
assignment would involve the taking care of the documentation requirement by the stakeholders.
The management has been implied with the use of the Ms-Project schedule and WBS
documentation for the project of “Implementation of CRM for Fluent Retail”. The report would
provide an initial documentation aligning with the development of the final documentation for
the Fluent Retail organization.

The project of “Implementation of CRM for Fluent Retail” has been considered for the

Planning: The planning is the second phase of the project plan that involves the
development of the specific project plan integrating the alignment of the successive and smart
project development. The project plan development would be integrated with the activities of
project kick off meeting, activity listing, scheduling of activities, and risk management planning.
The plan approval is the milestone of the project phase.
Developing: the developing phase is induced with the consideration of the works for the
creation of the smart project completion development. The development of the smart work
development can be implied with the designing of the system and development of the system.
The system design is done for forming the outlay of the smart project integration management.
The design sub-phase would include the activities of selection of design platform, outline is
made, design simulation, completion of design, and design approval. The development sub-phase

the work development. The effective project tools include,
Gantt chart: The Gantt chart is the most effective when it requires developing effective
and smart work implication model. The Gantt chart forms the implication of the effective and
smart scheduling of the activities along with timeline.
Resource checklist: The resource checklist is helpful for developing a proper and
effective usage plan for the completion of the work development. The checklist developed for
the project would be helpful for aligning with the successful completion of the work.

Risk Priority Matrix: The risk priority matrix would help in identifying the probable
risk and their mitigation strategies. The marking of the risk and aligning effective work listing

The implication of the CRM system at Fluent Retail organization would result in,
Integration of Customer Information: All information regarding the customers would be
easily available making the sales, delivery, and feedback more effective.
Performance Improvement: The alignment of integrated information system helped in
increasing the performance and making the work more efficient.
Technology Innovation: The activities of the Fluent Retail organization had been
technologically advanced with the help of the CRM system.
13. Conclusion
It can be concluded from the assignment that listing of the works for the successful
aligning of the works. The use of the project completion had been managed with the formation of
the specific management works.
The qualities and skills required for the leading/managing of the project include
leadership, communication, management, resource allocation, and responsibility. The project
managers of Fluent Retails require all these qualities for ensuring that they can lead the project
team in times of difficulty and probable issues. The communication is helpful for ensuring that
the project is conveyed to the person successfully. The management of the works is helpful for

implied for forming the continuation of the work development.
The “Implementation of CRM for Fluent Retail” project would require the implication of

The management had been implied with the use of the Ms-Project schedule and WBS
documentation for the project of “Implementation of CRM for Fluent Retail”. The report had
