INTRODUCTION
• Project management software is used by the project manager for the
management of projects and offer feature such as creation of charts and
reports and sharing documents. The project management software are
also used for management of task, resource allocation, project planning
and enabling communication with teams. The selection of the right
project management software tool is important by looking at the
alternatives and analyzing the benefits and shortcomings of each (Cheng,
Fu and Chen 2016). The right PM software would have an impact on the
project success and help the project manager to complete the project on
time.

• The following are the 5 project management software tools that are
evaluated for identification of their benefits and shortcomings.
• Monday.com
• Clarizen
• Celoxix
• Backlog
• Hive

EVALUATION OF MONDAY.COM
• It is considered as a great project
management software tool since it is has
performed lot of trimming over the typical
management tools and created a simple,
visually natural layout for the clarification
of the working sequence. The users of
Monday.com can attach or upload a file to
the card, mention tem member and make
comment (monday.com. 2020). A
dashboard is provide to the user for
reporting by collecting data and
improving the tracking of the project.
• However onday.com does not have the
complete set of tools for preparing
invoice and accounting but there are
other project management tools that
have the feature.
