Project leadership is simply project organization and its competence is
to control project. Within small project it has been represented by individual
project manager. Main motive behind project leadership is to accomplish
predetermined goals and objectives within effective manner as per the
requirement (Meng and Boyd 2017). Furthermore, positive organizational
culture result in doing activities related to project within effective manner.
Because positive culture motivate staff members as well as enhance their
productivity which result in achieving organizational objectives. Apart from
this, communication is most important part of company as it helps in sharing
information with everyone and result in doing activities within effectual
manner (Omotayo 2015; Quirke 2017).
Last experience related to same work play important role as it
developed skills and knowledge which assist in conducting present project
within effective manner. Thus, previous experience is adding greater value in
management of present project. Apart from this, there are some important

for achieving objectives. Moreover, cost of project is decided in starting while
doing financial planning and for every activity funds are allocated for
conducting project. Furthermore, phase related to implementing change
should be decided by service providers so that as per requirement of patient

along with elements: leading the strategic objectives, financial plan,
communication etc.
