1. What was the Project supposed to accomplish?
The project was intended to accomplish the proper use of drone in regulating a construction
business. It has also aimed at improving performances of employees.
2. Did the project succeed in its aims/ how do you know? Specifically, please outline any
evaluation and assessment undertaken.
The project ahs been able to fulfil its aims and objective. It has been assessed with the
help of feedbacks that were taken from employees.
3. What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all aspects of the project(e.g
initial inception, project activities and project outcomes) from a range of perspectives.
The project has been able to fulfil all the requirement due to the presence of a well prepared
project plan. The activities have been divided into several tasks which has helped in reaching at a
good outcome.

4. What problems emerged during the project and how were they tackled? Was there timely
identification of issues and resolution during the project process?
The problems that emerged during project include limited coordination among
employees. It was found that most of the staff were unable to communicate in an
effective manner. This has resulted in some problems while conducting this project.
5. What did you learn from undertaking the project?
I have learned time management skills as well as communication skills while conducting this
project.
6. How would you rate your performance as a management consultant leading the project?
I would rate myself 7 out of 10. I need to work on my time management skills in order to
achieve success in my work.
