INTRODUCTIONProjects are known as processing on new task which implement by business managers togain better result. Such projects need to be managed by managers of a company in a well-definedmanner so that chances of its success will get enhanced (Cavaleri, Firestone and Reed, 2012).Sometimes, projects have complex nature which need to get implemented effectively so that userexpectations will be met properly. Every project has limited budget as well as time frame inwhich it needs to get completed properly for gaining better and appropriate results. This projectis based on TSK Bearings that deals in manufacturing of loose tools and products which supportin manufacturing of automotive industry. This report aims to determine the various projects withtheir scope so that better decision making could be promoted in order to deal with changes.There are appropriate skills and competencies required by the project manager in order tomanage various activities for making effective project management process. TASK 11. Different types of project with its selection of suitabilityProjects are of long term purpose which reflect strength to an organisation so that betterand appropriate results could be achieved (Cleden, 2012). There are various types of projectsevaluated by TSK bearings which need to be evaluated by the manager properly so thatsuccessful implementation of such projects could be promoted. It enables in making thingscorrect so that chances of positive outcomes could be increased. Differ number of projects whichopted by TSK bearings are stated as follow:Construction project: It is a duty of manager to determine the site for their project wherethey can construct products and deliver it to target person. Construction project isassociated with manufacturing of loose tools with the help of new and appropriatetechnology.Recruitment and selection: For managing various operations, it is essential to haveappropriate workforce. TSK Bearings can include several number of their existingemployees in a company and some of them get selected from outside of a company. It isimportant to manage them as well so that better and appropriate working related withproject get promoted (DeFillippi, 2015). 1

Manufacturing: Third project of TSK Bearing is to manufacture new and high qualityproducts for which they purchase updated and appropriate technology from Asia andprovide sufficient training to staff to operate such machinery properly to meet customerexpectations. Apart from these three project, there are few more kinds of project are determine which need tounderstand by manager of a company so that projects get manage in an appropriate and effectivemanner. The one of the three projects which need to understand by TSK Bearings are as follow:Change driven: For matching and dealing with environment, business need to changetheir operations. Thus, it is important for an organisation to driven all modificationsproperly which are associated with environment. Market driven: This project management stated about producing and generating a newproject by an organisation in response to meet market needs. TSK Bearings need to start anew project which align with market driven so that better results could be estimated. Crisis Driven: This is associated with all urgent situation which have to consider bymany associations ad to deal with them organisation create and produce vaccines. 2. Scope management with tool of sub division of scope of workScope management is defined as a function which leads to utilise in order to develop andmanage the projects. Scope management is a process in which output, outcomes and benefits aredetermined. The scope of project is needed to be determined properly so that suitable workingcan get promoted (Fageha and Aibinu, 2013). Various tools of sub division of scope of work aredefines as follows:Planning scope: It is a process in which future concern of project is differentiatedproperly for creating a base. Division of project: Managers need to divide the project into various deliverables so thatthey can get managed in an appropriate manner. Create Work breakdown structure: For evaluating various determinants properly, it isimportant to divide the whole project input in an appropriate frame (HOW TO MANAGEA PROJECT FROM START TO FINISH, 2016). Verification: It is stated with formalisation of project acceptance for which managementneeds to verify its essentials properly. 2
