4.1 Project Selection Exercise
The project that is considered in this project report is Beachside Cottage. The work
that is to be undertaken in this beachside cottage is repairing the cottage so that it can be
made liveable. This house is to be given rent or is to be used for vacations.
The total amount of fund that is to be included for the repairing work of the house is
$20,000 to buy the supplies and the spent on the contractors and two local apprentices. The
project is expected to be completed in 2 weeks; working 5 days a week and 8 hours a day.
The project is to be completed with the scheduled time and having proper delivery of the
project. The above stated objective is to be completed within the project in a successful way.
