1. Overview of the event
The paper mainly reflects on organizing a fundraising event for children suffering
from Autism for the organization “Autism Ontario” which is one of the province’s leading
source of information and referral on autism. The event was mainly organized for 600 guests.
It is found that Autism is one of the complex neurobehavioral condition that generally
includes impairments in developmental language as well as in social interaction. The event
was organized by the organization “Autism Ontario” for raising money through the help of
event for the treatment of children who are mainly suffering from Autism. The logo for the

The event was organized in order to influence the board members, VIPS as well as
other industrialists about the work that the organization “Autism Ontario” wants to do for
undertaking the treatment of the children’s who are generally suffering from Autism. The
presentation of the information that will be given by the representative of the organization
must be influencing and must elaborate the importance of organizing the event successfully
so that the audiences get moved by the work of the organization and take participate within
the fundraising event.

The messages that are mainly provided to the target audiences who are involved with
the fundraising event are generally listed below:
 Information about the organization “Autism Ontario” is organizing treatment plan for
the children’s who are suffering from Autism and how the treatment plan will be
beneficial for the children’s

the children who are poor and are suffering from Autism so that they can get relieved
from the problem.

The objectives of the fundraising event are generally listed below:

 To provide treatment facility for the children’s who are mainly suffering from Autism
 To organize proper facility of food and drinks for the people who attended the event
9. Detailed description of the event
The fundraising event was organized by “Autism Ontario” for helping the children’s
with the facility of Autism treatment. The event was mainly organized in “STORYS
building” for around 600 guests. In order to organize the event, the organization decorates the
venue and makes proper arrangement of lighting as well as other equipments that are required
for the purpose of the event. The event was organized on 3rd July 2019 where the
representative of Autism Ontario provides proper description about the treatment plan and
how the plan will be beneficial for the children who are suffering from Autism. In addition to
this proper arrangement for food and drinks are done for the audiences.
