1. A project life cycle could be defined as the sequence of project phases that could be
undergone for a project during the time of initiation and finish till the project closure. The
sequence and number within the project cycle could be determined by the management team and
determining various other factors that would be the primary needs of the project.
The scope management would be able to ensure that the project scope would be defined
in an accurate manner, properly mapped and thus would enable project managers for the
allocation of costs and project labour as per the necessity of the project.
2. A good kind of scope management plan would be able to include the following
information. These include:
a) The requirements of the project should be clearly stated within the scope management
plan.
b) The stakeholders should be carefully identified and thus their responsibilities be
defined.
c) The deliverables of work should be clearly be stated and according to them, the
responsibilities of stakeholders should be clarified.
d) A scope control statement should also be provided within the document.
3. The conflicting scope requirements that are present between stakeholders could be
managed and resolved in the following ways:
a) The goals of the company in performing a project should be highly be followed during
performing of the project work.

kind of actions that would resist the outcomes for the project.
c) The business processes of the company should be cleared to the stakeholder groups.
Any kind of conflict that might arise should be properly dealt with and thus the results should be
predicted.
4. During the project planning phase, the project manager should determine that regular
communication be maintained with every representatives based on defining the content in a clear
manner and ensuring that each deliverables have been met successfully. Hence, the process of
implementing documentation of the Project Scope could be determined as to be extremely useful
for the project.

ways:
The project scope would try to encompass the entire project scope that would define the
deliverables, project resources, budget and timeframes for the project completion. A fair and
complete description of the project would also be clearly stated within the project scope.
The project charter would comprise of project rationale. It would clearly determine the
reason for performing of the project. The project charter would also determine the resources who
would be planning for the project and the cost resources that would be required for the progress
of the project.
The types of Project Initiation documents are: Project scope statement and
Communication plan.
