INTRODUCTIONTourism is increasing nowadays in great manner and thus, it is somewhere a biggestreason of increasing the number of tourism level in country. Many places are there which makethem attracted so that they can attract the millions of people to visit such place. A place withname Kurie Kurie is also a town located nearby Clarens. This is also known with the name asheart of community programme (Rosenau and Githens, 2011). Even for murals (Wall painting)department of culture and economic development is also taking step forward and also fundinginto various priority too. The report will be discussed about project life cycle and also look foridentifying stakeholder for different project with having a proper Gantt chart for scheduling.Although the better methodology is choose which is applicable to this project too. Apart from allexplain all the activities will be overseen. TASK 1 1.1 Project life cycleEven many industries are managing a various types of tools, techniques and strategieswhich can attain their goals and objectives in better manner and although it also lead to gain thetrust and standard in customer as well. Although it is of four stages which is consist of and theseare as follows:Initiation: At the pioneer stage, it is required to have identification of many issues andopportunity and bringing the various new ideas for overcoming into various specific problems aswell which is required to grab the various chances of growth as well. Although a deep study isbeing done in order to identify that whether the project is beneficial or not (Harrison and Lock,2017). After this, it is required to move toward the planning phase for further action andactivities as well. For instance, people of kurie kurie has founded various problems and thus theywill work over this too. Planning: After making a better initiation project they are looking forward to have aproper planning with having a relevant facts and figures which lead to minimize the possibilitiesof various mistakes, financial losses and errors as well. Moreover the manager try to completetheir work on time any how according to time schedule too. In planning, budgeting andmonitoring is done is just because to handle and control the price and expense in better mannerand even they also make an effective blue print in which they include everything in great way.1

Execution: In this stage, management cycle plan is that which needs to be implementedin their plan and it is be like which encourage employees which lead to start in working ofspecific project too. For such instance, a better implementation team is required so that successcan be monitored in great way and thus it was done on regular basis too. Although a fullattention should be there in work. Closure: In last, it was time to have transfer of various product which release withspecific project and in this needs to be discussed with every member in organisation likestakeholder, board members and employees as well (Wysocki, 2011). Although in this phase afinal analysis is being done and every work has to be done on time too. 1.2 Identification of possible stakeholdersStakeholders are those person who are considered at the time of making decision andstrategy in company. Moreover there are various internal and external criteria which need to beincluded and even the stakeholder are the main aspect of organisation. Even though sometimesthey do get affected with the decision taken by the top executives of firm. There are various Stakeholders in project and it is required to undertake them and someof those are as follows:Internal stakeholder:Manager: They are those who are responsible to handle and the manage working inbetter manner too. Employees: Human resource is such who work hard and make their company to attaintheir working as well.Investors: They are those who invest their money in the capital structure of company tohave a better working in firm. Owners: Owners are like they make better decision in their working and thus theyprovide accurate direction to employees to work.External factors: Customer: They are considered as internal stakeholder as they change the policy andprocedure of company in working and it is required to satisfy them.Supplier: Supplier are those who provide better resources to company and thus look thatthey will use the work in right prospect.2
