It is found that after undertaking the mobile app development projects, the following
outcomes have been achieved by the local retail business.
Direct communication with customers: It is found that the mobile app has been
considered as one of the quick as well as effective way for engaging in customer interest for
properly communicating about various types of product launches, new services as well as
improved features (Baker-Eveleth and Stone 2020). These types of direct communications are
helpful in brining a proper and valuable information about demographics as well as shopping
information that assists in properly understanding the different marketing strategies.
Customer loyalty: It is found that building customer loyalty is found as a critical as well
as tricky aspects of marketing. The utilization of mobile apps helps in creating roads by effective
developing proper connection between the brand as well as customer through a number of
notifications (Lin et al. 2019). Furthermore, it helps in increasing brand recognition.
Increases sales: App are considered to be quicker and therefore the customers prefer
mobile apps for selecting their products that they want to buy. It is found that increased sales
help in increasing the revenue of the organization quite effectively.
Boost brand recognition: In context to advertising, when there is so much happening in
order to make the business stand out then uniqueness is required. With the help of the mobile
app, the local business can be able to provide uniqueness for building a brand (Xing 2019).
However, when the same type of advertisements when generally combined with mobile app then
it helps in increasing the engagement of the customers for boosting brand loyalty.
