It is a crucial aspect for the selection of the appropriate project management
application in manner to meet the objectives and goals as different applications
have different strategies to meet the goals of the project. There is not any
option for including the same methodology or application system within every
environment of the project and so the project manager should consider the best
approach that can deliver the better and efficient outcome as per the selected
project. The selection of the application system should always cover the aspects
related to the internal and external objectives set for the project delivery and
assuring that the strategies can meet the objectives and goals of the project.
Selection of methodology does not include the properties and processes of the
project execution development rather, it does focuses on the on the ways and
