service, marketing campaign development of new product. The chosen project is related to
virtual delivery system that is help to provide online lectures due to Covid 19, this is necessary
for developing the knowledge of student in effective manner by online delivery. This project will
focus on project management plan by which it discusses stakeholder, risk, budget, time, budget,
quality, communication, benefit and realization and human resource management. Also, it will
show Gantt chart in order to plan around deadlines and properly allocate resources.
