1. Why are accurate estimates critical to effective project management?
The accurate estimates in project management are helpful for the execution of the improved
project planning and developing the proper project execution for Advantage Energy Technology
Data Center Migration. The implication of the accurate measurement not only helps in
scheduling the project but also helps in calculating the project estimates. The alignment would
