INTRODUCTION
 Astra PLC is a small organization of UK which is
specialized in vitamin and mineral based food
supplements. An app helps the youth or people who are
aware for their fitness to know more about the food
supplements and their value with this a proper schedule
to workout will help the company to diversify their
business. This presentation contains the project proposal
and importance of this health and fitness app.
