Introduction
The paper mainly showcases on the country health department that takes the
initiative of improving the information system of health informatics. It is identified that
presently the company experiences a lot of problems in keeping track about the health
services. The problems mainly occur as the system that is mainly utilized was generally
designed without properly including the needs of the system in the future. Moreover, it is
found that for resolving the problems, it is quite important to develop an information
system.
1. Discussion on the adopted communication plan
Presently, the communication plan which is used by the project stakeholders in
order to communicate the data as well as information regarding the development of
information system such that the operations related with Public health informatics can
get improved [1]. Moreover, the communication plan which is used mainly reflects on the
continuous information regarding the project status so that the stakeholders of the
project can get idea related with the present project status.
The communication plan that is presently used by the organization is quite
realistic however it is analyzed that the communication plan is not useful for the coming
future when the development of information system will be needed. This is due to the
fact that the team members of the project require to reflects on different project aspects
including the deadline, budget as well as scope of the project [5]. For executing the
information system development, it is found that the present communication plan will not
be useful for communicating important information regarding the project. Thus, it is
analyzed that for successfully communicating information, it is necessary to focus on
different aspects of the project for the proper maintenance of the project quality

The project generally showcases on the project milestone and project status so
that any problems related with the project needs be properly shared with the project
stakeholders so that the issues can be avoided effectively in the initial phase of the
project [2]. However, in context to the PM practices, it is quite important to properly
encounter the different types of project variances for taking better decisions for the
project which further helps in managing the project trade-off. When the issue related
with project scope occurs when it is quite important to reduce the scope of the project.
