Executive Summary
This project is focused on development of a plan for “Australia and New Zealand association
of sustainable agriculture” so that they can conduct a conference on ‘Latest Innovation in
Sustainable Agriculture’. The event will comprise of various program of tours, field trips in
the available in “McLaren Vale” which is a small rural town in South Australia. The event
will help the individual who have keen interest in Sustainable Agriculture as well as the
farmers attending the event will be benefitted. The event will be beneficial for both the
attendees as well as the locality. The success of the event will be evaluated with the help of
closure checklist to determine whether the event is completed according to the goals and
objectives. Further, feedback is another method which will help to acquire the views and
opinions on the event to determine whether it is successful or not.

1. Introduction
In this proposal, a detailed plan for conducting an event on “Latest Innovation in
Sustainable Agriculture” is presented to ensure success of the event. The event will be
conducted in a small rural town “McLaren Vale” in South Australia. This event will comprise
of various program of tours as well as field trips so that attendees can learn and have better
understanding on the concept of Sustainable Agriculture. A plan for the entire conference to
be held has been prepared to demonstrate the timeline for activities in the event.
2. Aims and Objectives of the project
2.1 Aim of the project
The main aim of this project is to demonstrate the application of technology for
sustainable agriculture. This event will help the individuals to increase their awareness on
sustainable agriculture and how to implement latest innovation to ensure sustainability. From
this event, the farmers could gain excellence in their farming capabilities so that there could
be advanced techniques used for farming.
2.2 Objectives of the project
The objectives that has been determined for this project on conducting a conference to
demonstrate latest innovation for sustainable agriculture are listed as below:
To present the importance of sustainability in agriculture and how it could be
achieved with the help of latest innovation.
To provide the participants with an experience of different programs and field
trips to ensure sustainability in agriculture.
To develop the skills of farmers so that they could achieve better productivity
by investing efficiently.

3.1 Details of the destination city
The destination city that has been selected for this event is “Mclaren Vale SA” which
is a small rural town in South Australia. A boutique wine business located in the premium
grape growing region of McLaren Vale is for sale. Situated amongst many of the most
prestigious producers, in arguably the “dress circle” of McLaren Vale, Nashwauk Wines &
Vineyard presents an excellent opportunity for industry participants and investors alike to
gain a strategic foothold into the McLaren Vale Wine Region. The detailed characteristics of
the place is as below:
Total land area of approximately 26.28 hectares.
Approximately 18.94 hectares planted to Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo
and Grenache.
