Introduction
The aim of the project charter is to identify the impact and justifying the need of
executing the chosen project. The charter specifies the stakeholders, resources need and the
scheduling details of the project. The measurable organizational value linked with the project is
discussed and the significant risks are identified. The description of the project is provided in the
paragraphs below.
MBFSA Project Description
Lack of knowledge about which crops to grow in a particular season results in huge loses
of the farmers. In order to reduce the loss, Globex proposed an application which will provide
the farmer with the accurate knowledge of weather and the crops to be grown. The data about the
weather will be collected from local government. The project will be completed by Virtucon.
