PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Introduction
Company Overview
“Viet Foods” is a solo proprietorship small Vietnamese restaurant with just 8 tables for
the customers. The restaurant is located at Lot 14, Tra Noc 1 Industrial Zone, Binh Thuy District,
Can Tho City. The company trades by the name of “Viet Foods Company Limited”. The
restaurant offers a large number of different sea foods to its customers that ranges from Nobashi,
Sushi, blanched sushi, dishes on shrimp.
Objectives
There have been a number of different problems that has been the story of the restaurant
in the current times and the recent past which has bothered the customers. The customers are
frustrated with these issues and are finding it difficult to adjust. Problems mainly included the
errors in orders and slow speed of services. These problems have made the organization
vulnerable and have resulted in the loss of customers. The main objective of the Business process
Re-engineering team is thus to consult with the stakeholders and take the feedback of the
customers to implement a total change in the business structure. The other objective of the team
is to change the way the business deals with the different issues within the organization.
Requirements
Technical Requirements
The main technical requirements for the project are;
1. Anthropometrical Expert to extensively plan for effectively using the space present in the
restaurant
2. Architect to design the interior of the restaurant
