It defines how the project is executed, monitored and controlled. In order to execute project properly activities should be properly divided according toWork Break Down structure (Allen and Turner, 2014). Activities under WBS are properly divided into manageable form and provides the necessary framework for cost and time estimate. This report discusses the project of deploying a new VoIP Phone system to the Oracle. It is a multinational computer technology corporation, headquartered in California, (US). This implementation will help in IT Staff productivity improvement Project requirementsProject management plan is an important aspect of every business organisation to effectively execute project activities in a effective way. It provides guidelines to the project manager while performing activities and minimises the chances of risk and at the same time improve overall performance of project (Burke, 2013). In this context, there are some important elements which may be used in preparing project management plan.Cost/ budget- It is a very important factor for every project manager to accomplish project activities in the most effective manner. Basically it considers adequate amount of money that is required to execute activities in a proper manner. It is crucial for the investigator to determine cost of implementation of new phones to the company's campus, labour cost, field work cost and many more. With the assistance of this, positive outcomes of the project can be effectively achieved. In order to implement VoIP phone system to the company campus it requires almost Rs 10 lakh. Human Resources- While undertaking the project, it requires various resources in order

to complete the project activities in a proper manner. Human Resources are the most important resource which complete the activities on time and completes the project successfully. Under theproject team it comprises of human resources with assigned roles and responsibilities to execute and complete project on time. Workload- Workload describes the amount of work to be done by an individual or a machine in a period of time. While deciding the amount of work it helps in proper distribution ofproject activities and assist in completion of project successfully.Environmental dependencies- It refers to the dependency of project on environmental conditions . Before starting the project it is the duty of project manager should analyse environmental conditions such as climate, atmosphere, type of land they are favourable or not. Work breakdown structure and Methodology Work break down structure is a framework which divides all project activities in various smaller segments. By this entire project can be effectively performed within the set time frame that is 90 days. These structuring of activities help in proper allocation of resources so that project can be easily managed and completed on time (Daim and Bhatla, 2012).Methodology UsedTheir are two types of methods to obtain relevant information about the implementation of project which are described below-Qualitative -In this method, project manager understand the employees requirements, their opinions and suggestions and gather appropriate data and information regarding implementation of project.
