The project is designed for developing the report on the implementation of project
management process for completing the approval and submission process to construct the
dream home in Perth, Western Australia. Implementation of lean project management
principles helps in signing agreement with the land developer for the acquisition of land and
with the builder for the pre-work construction program to complete the project successfully
within the given time frame and cost.
1 PRINCE2 Project Management processes
1.1 Choice of suburb
Implementation of the PRINCE2 methodology is used for accomplishment of the project
successfully in the structured forma. Description of the Prince2 processes the choice of
suburb for construction is explained below:
 Starting up a project: It is the pre-project processes which clarifies the need of project

house. It is required to have clear idea about the financial status so that possible cost
