MAIN BODY Critical assessment of project by highlighting success and failure elements In order to this, there are several factors that come across by highlighting success and failure factors that helps in assessing situation. Also, by defining elements boosts organization productivity and efficiency by overcome challenges in respective manner (Gemino, Horner Reich and Serrador, 2021). The success factors helps business to grow and attain desired goals by fulfilling objectives of firm in effective manner. By assessing this factor organization boosts their performance and occurs sustainability growth in desired manner. Through deriving success factors that helps in raising organization productivity and boost project by attracting more and more customers towards their business. So, success helps in attaining desired targets by performing functions of organization in respective manner. This is explained below; Agree on activity objectives- In responds to this, for determining success High Speed 2 by agree with business through emphasizing goals of firm helps in getting success of firm (PokuaaAddo-Parker and et.al,2021). Through facilitating this project attain goals and objectives by implementing strategy through innovating services by which attain targets of business respectively. Study about high speed project it easier to evaluate that new project management can only properly manage by when organization individual employee decide to performing their task with effective manner. The only consideration about this approach makes higher efficiency in overall project. And effective communication and effective support from leader, seniors departmentisthebestapproachforsuccessfulnewprojectdevelopment.Fromthe identification of overall study makes better idea to resolve problems and managing various task with effective manner. Recommendation It has been identified from the study that project management expansion is not an easier task. Manger has multiple responsibilities, and they have to face many issues for successful project development. From the evaluation about this study various thing has to be very clear that new project development needs proper planning which includes budget and financialdecision,qualitycheck,numberofpeople,governmentauthorities,effective communication and many more (Rapuano and Valickas, 2021). So identification about this term makes idea to mange and develop higher efficiency is only happened within new project that project manager, From the study many things has been evaluated that and individual their organization which or new business decide to develop new project they have to develop proper planing and engage people who ha great ideas and potential to resolve issues and continuously improve their productivity. But I decide and I evaluate that I have leadership skills which is major essential for expanding and developing career in this specific field. So I decide to take higher education which masters in business administration from UK university. Because this specific field has potential to raise my skills which require for better and effective project manager in the future. I always believe and consider participating in events because it provides knowledge aboutessentialskillsliketimemanagement,communicationskill,clearandconsist instruction distribution skills, risk management skills and many more. But I evaluate that when I participate in high speed project as employee because I decide to participate in this fieldasinternwhichprovidepracticalknowledgeandimprovepracticalskills.SoI participated in this new project and I perfectly evaluate that which skills essential for my personalityimprovement(SabiniandPaton,2021).IrecognizethatIhavelackof communication and I m not perfectly able to performing task within team, so I decide to learn this approaches for career expansion in project management field. I decide to evaluate and identified that individual has to decide career before go for higher education because its useful for essential skills engagement.
Skills require for powerful project manager Time management:I clearly evaluate when I decide to performing and participating in this task that I have to manage time for completion of task. So from my decision-making I decide to prepare plan and divide time that I have to complete task within one hour or specific hours according to work. And when I was in school I consider same thing which is useful for my career expansion as well. Because, project manager has responsibility to manage time and influence their performance with effective manner. Leadership skills:I have leadership skills but I analyse that other people behaviour influence my leadership skills, so I decide to improve it. When my collage professors provide task to manage team in event I prepare proper structure and identified individual behaviour of my team members. So from the identification of individual team member nature I have clarity that how to handle them but I evaluate that its not easier task. I participate in project manager I analysed my project manager provide clear guidance, distribute work according to evaluation of individual skills, and they use democratic leadership approach. Then I communicate with my project amber they provide information that team work is only effectively manage when leader provides effective learning to employee and develop friendly relation environment. Communication skills:When I decide to make career I firstly decide that I have to develop communication skills which attract people attraction towards with my decision-making activity. Consideration about this approach makes higher effectiveness in effective career development. I participate in my school event and my professors says that its essential to speck clear and not repeat same work continuously, and they say it directly influences career (Feng and et.al., 2021). So I clearly decide that I have to learn and develop communication with more effective manner. I have to learn new words for vocabulary improvement. Decision-making and problem solving skills: One of the most essential skills in career making in project management field. I clearly evaluate that decision-making activity is not very easier process it requires consideration and idea about multiple approaches like this new project has potential to survive sin market, customer attract with project services, which employee has potential and suitable skills for managing task about new project, how to start planning, identification of factors which influence performance of business and many more. Idea and consideration but multiple approach require stability and efficiency in performing task. I decide to develop problem solving skills but it takes
times because its not easier, as project manager has higher responsibility that they have to handle multiple aspect and remove factors which provide efficiency in working activity. CONCLUSION It has been summarized from the above reflective study that project development and their effective management require consideration and idea about multiple approaches. Multiple factors has been badly affected like external and internal business environment factors which directly impact on decision-making, planning and implementing of project with effective manner and many more. From the report it has been very clear that career expansion in project management field require multiple skills and major skills is problem solving because and project leader mange various task it very normal that individual project management and development face multiple challenges. This study provide information about career development as project manager require multiple essential skills and it has potential to reach success and carer effective growth development activity.
