order to complete the project on time. This is pertaining to the fact that when the effective
technologies and methodologies will be used then project will be completed in successful
manner. The current project is based on NASA’s Orbiter which was a failed project. The present
study also highlighted the reason for the failure like lack of planning, communication and others.
