Implementation plan
“Australian storage facility” for the successful implementation should take into
consideration the following aspects, which are stated below:
Personal skills
The personal skills, which are related to the members of the team, can be considered
as a factor, which would be driving the project to success. The aspect of proper
communication, leadership role, management of the factors of risk and difficult time handling
can be considered few of the sectors, which need proper focus. The project manager have the
overall control, which is over the project member initiated to seeing the proper working of the
team, and helping them excel in different functionality related to the project. If the role,
which is played by the project manager, is done properly then a project can easily lead its
way towards the success. A project success can be defined by mainly two factor, one being
that the project is delivered in time with taking into consideration all the aspects of the project
and the project is within the budget during the delivery of the project. It can be stated here
that another sector, which the project manager has to take control, is the elimination of the
factors of the risk, which is associated with the normal working of the project. It can be stated
that the risk factors should be eliminated at a proper time so that the issues do not affect the
project’s overall working. In order to reach to the factor of success the project manager and
the team which is working under him should have the appropriate understanding of the
project management processes.
Requirement gathering
In order to make a project successful the requirement gathering of the project can be
considered a factor, which if not taken into consideration properly can lead to failure of the

project. The scope of the project should be well defined so that the members or the workers
who are working into the project do not have any problem in understanding of the project.
The scope of the project mainly states that how the project should be executed and what is the
main goal of the project. The definition of the resources of the project should be done
properly so that the utilization of the resources are done according to the requirement of the
project and within the budget, which is always predefined. In recent times, technology is
playing a vital role in order to reduce the human labor; the team members should achieve
appropriate training in this context so that they can take advantage of the technological
aspects.
Management style
The management style of the project can be considered as one of the most important
factors, which can directly lead a project to success. It should be always seen that the
communication between the different levels of the workers should be appropriate so that the
project does not face any internal issue. It should be always taken into consideration that the
lower level workers can take advice from higher authority in any situation of problem so that
the problem can be eliminated. All the members of the project directly report to the project
manager and the project manager has the overall control of all the sectors, which are related
to the proper working of the project.
Authority or Rules
There are certain types of rule, which are applied in the concept of the project
management. The project manager and the team has to abide by the rules and work
accordingly (Eskerod, Huemann & Savage, 2015). Depending upon the size of the project the
project can be divided into divisions. This division is done so that the each of the divisions
can concentrate on a specific area of working. In most of the cases, it is seen that putting

concentration in more than one area can affect the outcome of the project, for this purpose
specific team are allocated for specific types of job. In order to execute proper functionality
each of team work independently to reach to the level of success for the particular goals.
Attributes
In order to make the successful implementation of the “Australian Storage facility”
successful there are few attributes which play an important role. Some of the attributes in this
sector may include the definition of the different plans, which are related to the project. The
planning of the project can be considered very much important due to the factor that if
planning is not made appropriately it can directly lead to failure of the project. It can be stated
that according to the planning the overall working of the project is done. The main goal of the
planning is to deliver all the aspects of the project within the constraint of the time and
budget.
Management plan

taken into consideration properly, the areas are stated below:

of the project (Eskerod, Huemann & Savage, 2015). In most of the cases projects fail to the
failure in the time constraint. Taking into consideration the “Australian tank facility”, it can
be stated that it is very much important to take into control the aspect of time and make use of

the distribution of the various variables over the period of time. On the other hand, it can be
stated that the Pareto can also be used for the concept of managing the quality of the project.
The concept of the Pareto chart is used for the concept of reflecting the probability of the
density as well as the function of the distribution (Eskerod, Huemann & Savage, 2015).

advantage, which can be achieved from the concept of the schedule variance, is the factor of
depicting whether the project is running on time or not.
Financial metrics: The financial metrics mainly states whether the project is
completed within the budget, which is predefined at the start of the project. The factor of
budget and schedule variance are calculated periodically to check whether the project is
running in time or not. The project has accomplished all the goals can be stated by the aspect

 Releasing of the resources: The resources, which are used in the project, should be
released after the completion of the project. The aspect of the resource release is due
to the factor that these resources can be used in another project, which is of same
domain or same type. The resources sector play a very important role in the project,
this is due to the factor that extra allocation of the resources can directly affect the
overall expenditure of the project and the budget of the project (Too, E. G & Weaver,
2014).
 Completing the paperwork: The paper work of the project can be considered one of
the important part of documentation of the project. The paper work is mainly done
due to the factor to take into consideration the entire problem and the issues, which
were faced in the internal working of the project. The focus point of the aspect is that
the paper work is always done by some of the exert in the field and who have worked
in the project. The paper work can also be beneficial in a way of providing a plan for
other project on how the working of a project should be done. In many cases, the
paper work may also include the cost related factors so that if there are any cost
overrun then it can be taken into consideration in which sector the overrun was done.
 Post review of the project: The post review of the project is a sector which mainly
deals with the aspect that all the criteria of the project are meet or not. The factors,
