Implementation plan
“Australian storage facility” for the successful implementation should take into
consideration the following aspects, which are stated below:
Personal skills
The personal skills, which are related to the members of the team, can be considered
as a factor, which would be driving the project to success. The aspect of proper
communication, leadership role, management of the factors of risk and difficult time handling
can be considered few of the sectors, which need proper focus. The project manager have the
overall control, which is over the project member initiated to seeing the proper working of the
team, and helping them excel in different functionality related to the project. If the role,
which is played by the project manager, is done properly then a project can easily lead its
way towards the success. A project success can be defined by mainly two factor, one being
that the project is delivered in time with taking into consideration all the aspects of the project
and the project is within the budget during the delivery of the project. It can be stated here
that another sector, which the project manager has to take control, is the elimination of the
factors of the risk, which is associated with the normal working of the project. It can be stated
that the risk factors should be eliminated at a proper time so that the issues do not affect the
project’s overall working. In order to reach to the factor of success the project manager and
the team which is working under him should have the appropriate understanding of the
project management processes.
Requirement gathering
In order to make a project successful the requirement gathering of the project can be
considered a factor, which if not taken into consideration properly can lead to failure of the

project. The scope of the project should be well defined so that the members or the workers
who are working into the project do not have any problem in understanding of the project.
The scope of the project mainly states that how the project should be executed and what is the
main goal of the project. The definition of the resources of the project should be done
properly so that the utilization of the resources are done according to the requirement of the
project and within the budget, which is always predefined. In recent times, technology is
playing a vital role in order to reduce the human labor; the team members should achieve
appropriate training in this context so that they can take advantage of the technological
aspects.
Management style
The management style of the project can be considered as one of the most important
factors, which can directly lead a project to success. It should be always seen that the
communication between the different levels of the workers should be appropriate so that the
project does not face any internal issue. It should be always taken into consideration that the
lower level workers can take advice from higher authority in any situation of problem so that
the problem can be eliminated. All the members of the project directly report to the project
manager and the project manager has the overall control of all the sectors, which are related
to the proper working of the project.
Authority or Rules
There are certain types of rule, which are applied in the concept of the project
management. The project manager and the team has to abide by the rules and work
accordingly (Eskerod, Huemann & Savage, 2015). Depending upon the size of the project the
project can be divided into divisions. This division is done so that the each of the divisions
can concentrate on a specific area of working. In most of the cases, it is seen that putting
