After completion of the project of improving the supply chain of Fletcher Building
Limited by involving the use of RFID and flash view, it involved various processes and
procedures, especially the team structure helped in achieving all the objectives of Fletcher
Building Limited in effective manner.
3.2 Team members involved in review
Team members play a very important role, whether it is about any process or operation.
So, in the process of review as well, there is an importance of the team members which has a
positive influence on the operations of the company. The team members who will be involved in
the review of the project will be discussed as under:

some factors that if, they could have been implemented, and then the project of Fletcher Building
Limited might be achievable at a much faster rate. It is to be ensured that all the other resources
required seem available so that it might not act as a barrier or challenge while implementing the
operations and processes. Also, then there might be the possibility that the project must be able
to achieve all the outcomes in a more efficient and appropriate way.
3.4 Final report to stakeholders
As the focus and goal of Fletcher Building Limited was to make improvements in the
Supply Chain Management, so they made the involvement of flash view and radio frequency
identification (RFID), so after the involvement of these, it has been observed that in the
company, they have gained a huge number of satisfied customers as well as suppliers (Oakland
and Marosszeky, 2017). Therefore, these factors have helped the company, Fletcher Building
Limited to achieve an efficient and improved supply chain, which further helps them in
achieving the popularity and productivity at much higher rates.

CONCLUSION
As per the detailed evaluation of above study, it can be said that overall project can be
managed effectively by using project management tactics. It also assists in meeting standards and
ensures that business activities are being performed properly in significant manner. Also, there is
a huge importance of team members as with their help, the whole processing can go much faster
and smoother as well. As Fletcher Building Limited is focusing on making some improvements
in the Supply Chain Management, they have decided to make involvement of some leading
technologies such as Flash view and Radio frequency. By having improvement in work process,
the supply chain can be advanced in critical manner.
