Introduction
This project includes developing a project plan that that helps to develop a project that is
helpful for the healthcare sectors. This project plan will help to develop an application system
that would help patients and general physicians to get expert advice who is not in the same area
or in the same country. This application that will be developed is Cardio Health and project plan
for developing the application is discussed in this report. When a patient does an ECG test, the
test result is stored in the cloud associated with the laboratory. The AI application and machine
learning in the cloud application checks the test result is if there is some problem, the result of
the patient is sent to the specialist of cardiologist. After the cardiologist inspects the test result
and provides treatment to the patient, the conclusion from the cardiologist is stored in the
database and is sent to the practitioner who has sent the patient to do ECG test. All these features
will be performed by the application system.
This report will explain the project plan that will be followed to develop the system. This
report will include kick-off meeting document for the project, the stakeholder register showing
the stakeholders associated with the project. This report will also explain the project charter for
the project development and shows a detailed work breakdown structure for the project.

Budget Information: The project budget that is scheduled for this project is $560,080.
There are different phases of project budget and the total cost of the project is divided in to sub
phases. Each phases has different budget to complete and funding for the project will be done by
Arthur Davis and fund has been also applied to the governmental biomedical start up to provide
fund for development of the project.

Main Project Success Criteria:
The main success criteria of the project is to
1. The project will provide a detailed project plan to develop the Cardio Heal application
for the health care system.
2. The cardio health application will improve the cardio checking system faster ad it help
to get faster and improved service.
3. This project will help the patients to get treatments from the cardiologist experts who
are not physically in touch with the patients.
4. This project will help to store the data of the patients securely in cloud so that they can
be accessed from anywhere and at any time.
5. With AI and machine learning in the project, the cardiologist can get the ECG test
result on their mobile applications and can provide suggestion anytime.
Approach: The project management approach that will be used to complete this project
is agile project management with bottom up approach. The methodology of agile that is included
in this project is scrum agile method. This method is used to complete the development process
of the application system. This method mainly focuses on the management framework that
mainly uses empirical process that helps the team to respond efficiently as well as change
effectively. The scrum methodology that is used in this application development includes fixed
time cost and includes cost for controlling the requirements. Scrum methodology uses sprints to
cover the entire project development process and includes collaborative ceremonies with
frequent feedback cycles.

Bottom up approach that is used for project development helps the manager to establish
quick communication and satisfy the communication goals in the project. This is actually done as
milestone planning for the project and encourages the team members to develop the personal
tasks doing lists providing all necessary steps that are needed to complete the milestone. In
bottom-up approach, the team members can be empowered to think more creatively. The team
member feels like they are involved with the project and the project will be completed very
quickly and efficiently.

Conclusion
The above report states the detailed project plan for developing the Cardio Health
application to ease the healthcare services. The application that is being built helps the patients to
get advanced treatment from cardiologists if they are suffering from any heart disease. This
report states the description of the life cycle phases that are included in the project of developing
the application. This report also describes the meeting document that is to be done at the time
