The company which is nominated for producing this project includes an Australia based retail
company Woolworths Limited. Project management plan is referred to as one of the most
important and crucial operational practice that is required to be implemented by every business
organization to increase the scope of their future success and confirm their sustainability.
The list of challenges which the company is continuously facing and needed to be
resolved soon for future growth are elaborated in this report. It is determined that implementation
of Information System will increase the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the business
organization. Apart from this, each project based Knowledge areas should be individually
analyzed to ensure that no such operational issues are occurring in the company that can disrupt
the regular success of the project.

opportunities for any of those products they will buy. They are much focused to their brand
values and it include trust, excellent services, moral integrity, consistency, security and on time
response with affordable price for quality products.
