AIM – To analyse the use of information system in quality management software1. INTRODUCTIONInformation system is basically consists of various type of tools and technique that helpto gather, integrate and disseminate the output of project management. It is mainly supports allthe aspects of project from initial level to closing which includes both manual and automatedsystem. This report will discuss about the three different software that critically review abouttheir functionality in different sectors. It will determine the set criteria for the purpose ofevaluation. Furthermore, This report will describe the set up evaluation matrix of software andcomparison between them. 1.1 BackgroundIt is selecting the Quality management software that applicable in the business processto handle management process in effective manner. A project management information system iscreating an effective relationship between the industry to execute the projects in successfully.These are different type of tool such as Master control, Inspect2Go and QT9 QMS etc. 1.2 Problem DescriptionManufacture industry is one of the fastest growing organization that can use the differenttype of business operations to provide the best quality of services to their consumer. They alsomanufacture the automobile parts of cars and other electronic devices. It is very important toproper knowledge about the quality software that can use to manage the quality to makesuccessful project in proper manner.1.3 Significance the investigation of Software in terms of quality managementQuality management is a process that help for manufacture industry to maintain theirproduct quality and services in proper manner. These are variety of quality management softwarewhich uses to collaborate that centralize, streamlines and standardizes from the value chain(Foote and Halawi, 2018). Quality management is important part of manufacture industry toperform specific role in terms of growth and performance.Quality management selected three software has ability to consistent increase the abilityto the organizations and improve their product reliability or performance.
