Present study is based on the project “development of it centre” in Canberra, the capital
of Australia.
This is a new and unique concept that would develop information technology hub
where all companies and corporate clients will be able to find it solutions.
Assignment will prepare scope of this task and planning methodology for delivering
this project successfully.
Furthermore, it will prepare a work break down structure and Gantt chart. in addition,
risk register will be prepared and manual scheduling will be done to show the
completion date of this it centre building.

Funding for this construction project will be guaranteed by state government because this would be an
advance high tech it centre and would contribute in development of state.
Land has adequate space for storing materials
Adequate funds are available for constructing this centre.
Sub-contractors will fulfil requirements of execution plan
No additional recruitment will be required in mid of the project as existing people would be sufficient.
Existing budget will be appropriate for developing this it centre.
Overall cost of day-to day activities will remain same as expected
