The paper also analyses the problems that are associated with the drone implementation and further elaborates the findings as well as results that are mainly collected from the entire research report. 2. Research question The research question includes: What are the benefits of implementing drone deliver system within the help of e- commerce system? What are the issues that are faced during the implementation of drone delivery system? 3.
