Along with this, side by side the stakeholders review this project status and then this project status is reported and at last if it is found that there are major changes within the project, the certain required modifications are made by revisiting the complete project planning phase (Ovidiu Oana, 2005).However, in this current project management the control stage is one the most important factor to be considered by the company where a situation has been occurred which needs to be controlled by the firm in definite order. The company has to reframe the strategies where project of leadership and development course has required to be complete within a time when many situations occur in the project management. A conflict between the team members occur due to miscommunication which overall impacts the project of providing the course to the leaders.
